We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We stayed at The Selena Hotel in december , very out of season, but the hotel was warm and cosy. We booked a studio room with a kitchenette which had everything we needed, toaster, kettle, microwave,hotplate etc. The room was large and spacious with balcony and we could just see the sea even though we had a "city" view! We ate at the hotel and loved the food,and we looked after by Deedo ,our barman, waiter and tourist guide . Nothing was too much truble.

RomaniaSome of the softest and most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! If you don't like soft beds... you're gonna have a bad time. :)) Anyway, the hotel is located next to the sea, with paid parking available from the city of Balcik. The room was big enough, clean, quiet and had good air conditioning. The food at the restaurant was delicious and guests are entitled to a 10% discount (obviously the offer csnf change over time, so enquire within). Nothing bad to say!
