Although the balconies of the different rooms are separated from another, the separator is not nearly tall enough to ensure one’s privacy. Wi-fi connection is terrible outside of the restaurant area both coverage- and speed-wise.

The hotel is situated right next to Bamboo beach and has direct access to it. It is a 10-minute walk to the town of Sozopol and Harmani beach. The place is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. We were given a room with a sea view, which was great. The breakfast was really nice, there are also options for lunch (set menu or buffet). There are two swimming pools, we didn’t try them. The free private parking lot was very convenient.

The hotel is located above Bamboo Beach. Rich buffet breakfast and good food. 30-minute walk to Sozopol old town. Big room with comfortable beds.

The bathroom is not very nice and modern.

Nice big rooms, with a nice balcony and view of the sea. The breakfast was very good. We got a cake and a message for the birthday girl in the room.

Although the food was varied enough, both mornings and evenings, it was a bit too salty.

The trip was part of our honeymoon trip and the receptionist made such a lovely gesture: she gave us a complementary room with sea view, different from our initial reservation. Helpful and English speaking staff. Good private parking facilities. Nearby clean beach and clear water.

Breakfast was mostly bad, low quality food which was also not fresh. There was very little to none of healthier choices and everything felt like it was few days old and just heated up. No butter at all, but rather only margarine. We expected a lot more for breakfast after seeing the room. There were some children football clubs in the hotel, so i am guessing that is why the food was bad, but that maybe makes it even worse. Parking is filled with huge rocks and your tires and suspension will enjoy the ride.

We booked the room last minute and received an upgrade to the new area and a big apartment. The room was wonderful and clean, but some of the implemented solutions were not very practical and they were more for a show then usable. The view from the room was very nice, especially in the morning. There is a parking lot across the street with lots of space but it is shared with couple other hotels. Coffee and pancakes were nice.

It was clean and nice room. We had a view on the sea. The hotel provided us with free parking which was very helpful. Breakfast was included in the price so overall it was a perfect stay for its value.

Not the hotels fault, but the way some people piled their plates with food and then left it. No safe in room

The hotel was very clean and had a lovely ambience. Calm and relaxing with lovely friendly staff. Great varied food at the all inclusive buffet. Lovely to have fresh mussels on two occasions. Both pools had plenty of sun beds and although it was august, we actually had the adult orientated pool to ourselves a couple of times. We had a room overlooking the pool, spacious and modern with kettle and fridge. Another thing I really liked was on each floor in the corridor was an iron and ironing board for anyone to use. What a nice touch. The beach was less than 2 minutes away and the main strip of bars and restaurants about 15 minute walk and the old town ( which was really lovely) another 15 minutes. All in all a great holiday . I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to return one day. A big thank you to all the staff.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet and comfortable hotel. There are two swimming pools (one for families with little kids and one for adults) that are separated, which is very convenient.

It is far from the old town.

Everybody in the hotel is really polite, they give us special attention - they made lovely decorations in our room and there was a champaign too (because we are just married), only during our stay I had my birthday, we went to the beach and when we came back, in the room I had a cake and wine! The rooms are clean and the food is good too.

The humidity everywhere in the room, bathroom. In bathroom we had to keep the fan turned on all the time and still was very wet, the soap holder was rusted, a smell of mold everywhere, pillows, room, bed etc. The mattresses were with springs, not that confy. The size of the bed is queen size but made out of two smaller mattresses.
