So, this was my 2nd stay at this hotel. unfortunately after 1st stay i was disappointed because of my room option, but because of good location i stayed again. Wanna say that it was perfect stay at this time 😇 stuff, mrs host was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed during my stay. Highly recommend, if u have any special requests ask staff earlier they will help!

This family hotel is well maintained with good value for money, but there should be someone from the staff after 12am who can intervene in case some of the guests are too loud. We couldn’t sleep until 2am because of the extremely loud people next door. There wasn’t anyone from the staff on site. Also, guests should be reminded to respect other visitors of the hotel after 10pm. Unluckily our room was located in an enclosed area like a hall with 3 other rooms. All of the guests from the other rooms came back to their rooms after 10:30pm and all of them were very loud, including someone’s dog barking at 11pm.

Parking is limited and anywhere you can find. But this does not reduce the high standard of the hotel. I would definitely stay again knowing the parking limitations.

Everything at the hotel was excellent including the staff, cleanliness, design and character of the building, the room was very large and well fitted out and the bathroom was of a very good standard, We ate with family at the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast and the meals were excellent.

We loved everything about it. So cozy, squeaky clean, beautiful, every little detail to perfection. The smell, the colors, the decorations, even the room temperature. We felt right at home. The hotel contact was very responsive and helpful each time and it was not a problem that we had to check in late at night. The restaurant is top also. Will definitely return when we get the chance.

Reception is not 24 hours but it was not a big issue for me.

We arrived late in the evening and had a hired vehicle, parking on the side of the street was not a problem. We received a really warm welcome. The entire hotel was fabulous. The decor was gorgeous, everywhere was spotlessly clean. Our room was a great size with really comfortable beds with branded sheets and towels. I'm not sure whether it had been newly decorated as it looked that way. Our bathroom was spacious with a great sized shower, plenty of power and hot water. We had breakfast the following morning, which was lovely. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our stay was short but very enjoyable.

Nothing really, if there was anything for them to improve on, personally I'd say put a security camera on the carpark maybe?

We booked late in on the evening before hand as a place to stop over for a night before travelling on. Check in was super easy, we were messaged beforehand with an update on our arrival time so they could process our check in easier. I didn't have much cash for the deposit for the underground car parking fob, but they still allowed me to park and I'd gave them the deposit later. We went into the restaurant area in the morning for breakfast which was fast, tasty and really good value, although my kids didn't eat much, we did and we can't complain! We had the top floor apartment with 2 bed rooms, beds were mega soft and the rooms were fantastic. The view from the balcony was amazing too! Especially sunrise!

It was a bit noisy - the restaurant was open until midnight and the life in the street started early in the morning.

The room and the hotel was newly build/reconstructed, with nice atmosphere and style. The garden was well-maintained and nice.
