There is an amazing view overlooking the beach and the sea from the top of the hotel with cute sitting space. Close to the beach, to the center, and to the lighthouse. Very friendly staff! Clean rooms and modern, new rooms. Our stay was perfect!

Such a warm welcome: the receptionist was very nice, speaking different languages like Italien. We were offered a room with a gorgeous view on the Black Sea. The best is the rooftop where one can enjoy an amazing panoramic scene of the black sea and the surrounding area. Very calm and peaceful environment. Plus not that far from Sinemorets!

Our stay at Family Hotel Serenity Palace was absolutely fantastic. The owner's warm welcome and insightful information about the area made us feel right at home. One person who truly stood out during our stay was the receptionist, Emi. She was an absolute delight to interact with. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about the area, but she also took the time to share information about traditional celebrations happening during our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel's roof terrace offered a stunning view of the sea—a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and soak in the breathtaking scenery. The spare bed was not particularly comfortable but they never are. Also the hotel has no restaurant/cafe but that didn't particularly bother us as there was plenty of wonderful locations to dine in proximity.

The place was so cosy and the staff so welcoming from the moment I set foot in the hotel! They made us feel truly taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, well ventilated and comfortable. We were on the first floor and it was easy to get out from the balcony straight to the beach which is 2 minutes of walk away! In the opposite direction just 3-4 minutes of walk is the town centre which is also super convenient. The BEST part, however, is the rooftop terrace where we spent every evening of our stay, because it was so lovely! Atmospheric, comfy and with a fantastic view towards the sea!

Nothing, everything was great

I liked the service I was provided, the staff was always so polite and understanding to all my needs. The room was perfect, the bed was comfortable and there was a lot if space. You have privacy on your patio and can safely relax and enjoy your stay. The main door to the building was being locked every night and everybody had an access key to it of course. I recommend!

New hotel. Small one. Well designed,way better than other places in Bulgaria. Room is spacious and clean. There is an amazing roof top terrace. Location is quiet and 5 mins from the beach. Beach is actually quite good. Staff is friendly and helpful. The place raised the bar and I would strongly recommend it.

The hotel is very close to the beach, but it is not 1st line (at least according to my understanding - there were other buildings between the hotel and the sea. We couldn't pay at check-out as we requested, that was not huge problem for us, still we felt a bit pressured.

The room (including the bathroom) was very nice, comfortable and clean. I liked that there was a terrace with sea view (just as we requested). The big roof top terrace looked very nice (unfortunately we couldn't get advantage of it because of the windy weather).

The hotel is very nice and tidy. New furnitures, clean bathrooms. Out TV was smart with Netflix and YouTube. Another plus is that the hotel has private parking. Close to the town centre and Ahtopol beach. Great place for your vacation! Highly recommended if you will visit Ahtopol.

Wonderful hotel, everything was brand new and spotless clean. Good-sized room with lots of storage space. The rooftop terrace is amazing. We had a balcony with a nice view of the bay. The hotel is very close to the beach and only a few minutes away from the main street.

We book a deluxe room. The room was very clean and spacious. The beach is very close. There are enough parking spaces for all the guests of the hotel, which is important for me. Also there is a shared rooftop terrace for all the guests. As a whole we really liked this hotel and definitely we recommend it.

The hotel is great, clean, nice room furniture and bathroom fixtures. The panoramic terrace is great for late night dinner or morning coffee. The hotel is just a 4 minute walk from the beach and also from the central street. I recommend the hotel for both short and long stay.
