The furniture seems a bit dated. The bathroom was rather small and we found two (harmless) spiders there that probably crawled through the pipes - not sure there is much to do about that, but anyway not very enticing for a bath..

We loved the big size of the room, the amazing terrace and the bed was very confortable. The location is excellent, close to the promenade area. Overall it was excellent value for money for a one night stay, would probably book again.

Breakfast was not available. Not sure if this is because we visited out of season (early October), or if this is hotel policy. This is not an issue at all because the main street offered great breakfast options. There is just nothing else to put in "didn't like" :)

The location is perfect - close to the main tourist street and the beach. The room was huge (we booked the large one for 4 people) and comfortable.

The host was very nice, offering a beautiful room with balcony and seaside view. Very open to discuss and to respond to all our requests. The hotel is only 5min walk from the beach 😊 we will surely came back again !

Small soaps and small sachets of shampoo & shower gel are provided, but you may want to take your own shampoo/conditioner or buy some from the supermarket when you get there.

This small family hotel was perfect for our pre-season couple's getaway. We had a longer journey than expected, due to traffic & roadworks, but the owner called to check we were OK and gave us a warm welcome with a nice cup of coffee, when we arrived. The room was lovely & clean, with great shower and the bonus was a fridge as well as a kettle. We had a great balcony and because we were surprisingly lucky with the weather, we made good use of it with a sunrise tea/coffee. Perfect location - free parking and walking distance to all bars & restaurants looking over the sea. Definitely recommend and we will be back!

Beautiful place, in the very heart of Balchik. Great room, very spaceful, quiet eventhough it was facing the road, second floor with balcony at the sea. Large bathroom, very clean. Right nearby a good restaurant, Morsko Oko, around the corner a good bakery and across the street another good restaurant, Kavitsi, where you get a reduction coupon from the hotel. In the next building there is a large supermarket, open til midnight. Really nice. Minchev family is great, super hosts and super place
