The ad in Booking says free parking and that’s only part of the truth. They have an underground parking space that is secure and keeps your car away from the elements and that’s 20lv additional per night. The free parking is actually a grassy, muddy area that if it rains enough you will have a fun time driving out of. The grassy parking is only secured by a padlock that can easily be cut and the gate can actually probably be kicked down if you tried hard enough. The underground parking is empty most of the time.. i believe it should be available to guests without cost. If not, at least make the overground parking a bit more secure and maybe pave it.

The great hotel is surrounded by super noisy pubs and before 11:30 pm it is impossible to get to bed you can hear even with closed windows and ear taps very laud music

Beautiful hotel near the beach with own pool and bar. Professional staff (the receptionist were always ready to help, the cleaning lady was really kind). The hotel itself is not too large (in comparison with other hotels in Primorsko) which is a big plus for using the services of hotel (e.g. pool, breakfast etc.) and it makes the stay more comfortable. Definitely recommended!

The room was cleaned every day. Quiet and cosy. The bed is a bit softer than what I am used to sleep on. The pool is clean and the music is calming. The breakfast is good.

One thing if applicable I would add - please ensure there is a brighter choice for beer beverages like IPA. :-)

The breakfast was rich. I have enjoyed the meals and the variety. Freshly prepared, tasty and the restaurant is clean. The personal is very friendly. The internet speed was also good enough.

The parking was not very close to the hotel, although still walking distance. Quite a few of the staff seemed new and inexperienced. There was a loud pub/mehana close by making it difficult to sleep before 11pm.

It was a new, clean hotel with a nice, clean swimming pool. The distance to the beach was short and the breakfast was good.

Food was not great at all. The only good thing about breakfast was the omelettes. I think a 4 star hotel should provide better products and higher quality. For example, the jam (which really looked more like hard jelly with no sign of fruit in it) and the chocolate was the cheapest possible option you could get on our market. Other than the food, we had a great experience and were very pleased with the hotel.

Absolutely amazing! All staff was so helpful, smiling. Exceptional manager, receptionists, delicious food! Clean room every day! Close to beach! It was a good overall experience.

Close to the beach (about 3 mins walking). The staff was very well trained and exceeded my expectations. My birthday happened to be during my stay - we have got a bottle of champagne, complimentary from the hotel - very nice impression. A decent buffet breakfast was included in the price. There are two swimming pools outside and a relax zone. Comfortable bed and clean room. Free car parking area. Parts of the hotel were decorated in a very good looking vintage style.

A modern, well furnished hotel with spacious rooms and great location, 5 min walk to the beach or the town centre. Great pool and cozy rest area near it. The whole property was extremely clean, very nice atmosphere. Food was delicious, very diverse and tasty. The staff is really friendly, professional and warm welcoming. Overall excellent value for money. We look forward to coming back!

Just minor things related to staff readiness to attend our needs (i.e. no information about opportunities for Corona test for the airport or that they forgot to organize our laundry for the time we were promised ). Besides that no further complaints.

Breakfast was very good. We were lucky to have a room on the quite side, looking towards the street (and not to the pool). Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, staff was most of the time very helpful (with few little exceptions). The spa lounge area is also quite nice. Overall, we had a very nice stay there.

We were a bit disappointed that part of the staff did not speak Bulgarian neither English, so the communication was a bit hard. Some light notes: the breakfast can be improved, as not everything was delicious and the parking is a bit narrow as well. Also there are no any kind of sensors, so you have to inform the staff that you are going to get in/out of the parking beforehand, in order to open you the door.

Everything was fine. Cozy and clean rooms. Quiet and communicative place, near to the beach. Friendly and responsive staff. Nice pool with a quite relax zone. The option to book a parking place was awesome, considering the fact that there are no free parking places in Primorsko. Furthermore, the prices of the room service and the pool bar are affordable.
