The yellow stains on the bedding and one of the towels weren't nice; the floor should be cleaned properly.

No balcony in the rooms. The bathroom was small and gets all wet when you shower. Not enough hooks to put your clothes or towels in the bathroom.

Although the price was as quoted we later discovered we had been charged 10bgn a night for each dog, which seemed excessive for a pet-friendly hotel. It was clean but shabby with discoloured silicone and grout in the bathroom which made it appear dirty, some light bulbs not working, paper peeling at the edges, and a main light fitting not fully secured to the ceiling. We stayed Friday and Saturday nights and even on the fourth floor had the constant thump of dance music well into both nights from the "piano bar" at street level. Signage was still in place for a cafe upstairs and breakfast served in the restaurant downstairs, however, when we enquired we were told they were old and now not applicable. Booked a double bed and when we arrived only singles available.

The room was big and airy and the location of the hotel was within easy walking distance to a range of activities, archaeological sites, and restaurants. The staff were warm, welcoming, friendly, and eager to speak in English. There is ample on street parking close to the hotel, and it is close to the train sation and border crossing from Romania.

The hotel at first look very Ok on photos but in reality the room we were checked in was a disaster. The bathroom I recommend to change because everything was broken (shower battery, sink battery…) The bed seemed like it wasn’t changed for long time. So I expected that hotel is 2 stars but the bed and bathroom is very important.

There is a piano bar on the ground floor of the building and on the first night (Saturday) we couldn't sleep until 4 AM because of the music and the bass reverberating through the whole building. We were on the 4th floor.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable for us. They had no problem with our dog and we really appreciated that.

Very dirty room, broken shower. There is a pub on the ground floor that had live music until 1 AM and then the party went on until 4 AM. It was impossible to sleep. Highly not recommend.

There was no air conditioning that worked in the room. When I asked reception in case I coild change room I found out the boss jad not turned on air conditioning in any of the rooms. It was very hot even with the balcony door wide open and loud music. I suffer with asthma and being in a dtuffy and hot room made it very bad
