The food looked good but the taste could be better. The taste of the food bar reminded me of packaged food. However, there was a person cooking food on a daily basis as well and those dishes were extremely tasty making the whole experience more than ok.

- lack of diversity when it comes to all inclusive drinks (most of them quite low quality) - parking man was very rude; in the same time, one receptionist was impolite - the room had particular small issues (shower not draining water, room lock broken) - hotel rules not enforced (people jumping in the pool, sun beds reserved by towels, although prohibited etc.)

The near beach is not the hotel and you don't have the same conditions as by the pool, would be great if they can manage to do this in the future.

DRINKS: - coffee not that great, even though there were multiple machines. A coffee machine with real milk would have been great - only Kamenitza beer - coktails only with Atlantic rum, vodka, etc Too much german included in entertainment shows. Since I estimate at least 30% romanians at the hotel, more romanian words/games would have been nice

FOOD: - diverse - always on time - Chef that was grilling = top notch - great deserts - great salads - vegetarian options - pasta cooking DRINKS: - decent CLEANING: - room was very clean - pool was cleaned everyday - bathroom was clean STAFF: - polite, everybody did their job BE ACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT: - great team, always smiling. even though they did not know romanian language they integrated all kids in their activities. I loved everything. The entertainer Vika and Ivan were awesome( they made our staying a dream- and we love them)! Beach really close, pool really cool and food excellent! The bartender Ivelin was so friendly and cool. We will definitely come back!

Old AC unit in the room, didn't keep up with the heat. Fridge was very old and making more heat than cooling stuff. Wifi was almost impossible to use, as there was almost no signal.

Not that I was bothered by it, this criticism is just a part of my little ways to try and effect a little change. Thing is, I always felt happier and less quilty of harming the environment in hotels that had pretty refillable dispensers of soap, shower gel, or whatever needed, in place of the tiny plastic containers. At the beach bar as well, while I understand the reason for not letting glassware to be taken to the sun lounges, the amount of flimsy plastic I had to throw in the garbage bin left me quite uneasy. I wished I had my own sturdy thermo cup, which I could wash and reuse endlessly. So, just remember to take your own. And if the hotel can maybe introduce their own sturdy cup, maybe with a nice logo and a quote, I'd be in the first lines to clap.

We had a room facing the courtyard, and beyond that, the sea. Although some entertainment activities took place in the garden in front of us, the windows isolate the sound very well, so we weren't bothered a bit. Our room was large, beautiful, and well-appointed. We especially loved the furniture, with all those drawers and cupboards, things I haven't seen too often, but always used with great enthusiasm. Also, I got a lovely birthday surprise for them, that really made my day. The beach is really close, just a few steps from the hotel, reasonably clean, and not too crowded. The sun lounges on the lowest terrace are a bit a work to grab. Nikolaj, at the beach bar is a nice human being, just try to talk to him. The food was excellent, versatilely cooked, and plenty of it. Whatever one's preferences, they were sure to find something they really loved. If you came early enough or had just a bit of patience for one of the tables on the terrace to get free, you would have a nice meal overlooking the sea and enjoying the breeze. The waiting staff were quick, professional, and, best of all, smiling at all times. Special kudos to all of them for doing their jobs so swiftly and discreetly, like little fairies :) In and all around the hotel, cleanliness, effectiveness and politeness seemed to be the ruling words of the day. And fun, lots of fun with the energetic entertainment team. Even if you don't go for their midday games (I didn't, on account of laziness), be sure to catch their shows. One of them, "Crazy Party" was truly remarkable, especially on account of this young performer, Stephan, who really belongs on the stage. Actually, I truly hope he won't be there next year, but dear people, if you see him, try help him in any way you can. He needs to take himself to drama school, or dance school, or something like that. I would be a pity to have a talent as his go to waste.

Clearing the plates from the tables too aggressively, keeping the sunbeds occupied with towels from night or without using them for long time, some disturbing motor noise and vibrations from the air conditioning system in several rooms nearby, cleaning staff sometimes superficial and once, some small change left on the desk vanished, poor internet in the room.

Very good. plenty and diverse food, generally nice staff, excellent location, big and clean swimming pool.

It's a over-glorified 3* hotel. Most of the food is bad to average. . No vegan option, or least to none. A lot of oil, fried, dairy, refined foods. Legumes used to little to none. Vegetables, when used, covered with oil, and a bad oil. Cakes and sweet of very poor quality. Breakfast - almost no healthy option, just muesli. Free to have juices, were of poor quality, probably powder mixed with water. The noise from the pool bar. Noise from the hallway, due to the flimsy doors.

Parking spaces, if you are lucky. Proximity to the beach and pool. Good staff and services.
