We didn’t like that the room wasn’t like the photos even tho it was big and had 6 beds and was a huge room. the momment you enter the building you enter an apartment which has many doors inside (rooms) we thought we would have an apartment of our own we had sharing bathroom kitchen and everything so we were surprised the main door of the apartment seemed safe and then front door downstairs where you first enter the building but the room door which was in shared area was sketchy we could see light through the door the area of the house at night was scary so we basically put a luggage behind the door because we were afraid someone would come in at any time.. and that’s why we were sleepless and woke up 5-6 times during our sleep.. overall for price and area of the house it’s good for us just for the night we stayed but wouldn’t go again just because the room door wasn’t that safe as the apartment door to make us feel safe.. the guy who helped us via messages on booking was helpful with all the details about how to get to the house and everything… it was our first time in Sofia ever so maybe this is normal how things are in the center.

we liked the space of the room was quite big And the apartment & front door of the building which seemed safe for the area which at night seemed very sketchy.. the support of the room didn’t tell us in an email how things would run with all the lockers and how we would get password for each thing we do after steps to be prepped but we figured out with their help and any further questions we had for the area so helpful assistant I would say..

the mattress all lasted. The wires stick into your back. impossible to sleep the bathroom and shower in the same place. broken. without being able to close the door properly, and all this at a high, excessive price. I booked the place because it wasn't that expensive. but at the time of payment they charged me 45% more for "taxes". The image contains things that the room does not have. since it only had a refrigerator and TV. nothing else. the broken closet. Lights burned

We made calls from Serbia that cost me tens of euros, made it clear that we will be late, got comfirmed that it is okay, but when we arrived, saw the lights in the windows but could not get phones picked up. we called like 10 times but no response. And the location looked pretty spooky.

IS AN SACAM: They published a “Double room with balcony” the picture showed a nice big double bed, sofa, balcony and even a chimney, when I arrived no one was there, you need to transfer the money and they send you a code to open a box with keys, when I got in to the room, it was a 6 single beds DIRTY ROOM no balcony, it was like when hostels share rooms, the toilet is super small and was also VERY DIRTY, no space for taking shower, and is shared between FIVE ROOMS which could represent about 26 people since just mine was having 6 beds. I left immediately and asked for a refund, THEY DIDN’T PICK UP THE PHONE ANYMORE and booking told me that they denied to give the money back even when I sent the pictures of everything, so booking gave me only 50% of the amount from their own money. DONT RISK YOU VACATION AND SAFETY, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE THIS ONE IS AN SCAM!!

People do not show up . They have numbers you can call that once you have a problem they say they will fix it and call you, but they don't they stop answering their phones 3 numbers they have ..I've called many times they don't pick I had to go ask the one staff I saw to contact me with the owner The woman (owner) is very rude and I explained I've been told I can change my stay to one day instead to two since my online booking didn't go through yet . I was too tired from traveling and they do not let you shelter or even put your bags before you pay ..I said I want to pay cash..can I just put my luggage and pay at the desk . They told me to go pay in easy pay after going around the area they explained very poorly( not helpful at all ) i spend one hour looking for it ..people around said they don't know of such place in the area so I said OK charge my card for one night please I'm too tired already. They send me a link for detail of payment and I saw later I was charged for two, after I've made it clear and they said OK! I called to ask they said they will call me back and then stopped answering my calls ..till I started hunting them down to ask for my money ..they knew what they were doing if it wasn't OK they could have said no it can't happen, but they said OK and after I gave my payment details it became a different story . I'm still angry now . I don't like to be made a fool . I would never go there and do no advice it to anyone . Bluntly shamlessly scammers ! Hiding behind passwords ,three phones that they don't answer and one poor cleaning lady .

I had my reservation confirmed by Booking and payment was due at property. When I arrived at around 10PM and called the property's telephone number, the guy told me my reservation was cancelled for not having shown my credit card details.

I wasn't allowed to even see the property, my reservation was cancelled by the owner/guy who picked up the phone while I was waiting at the door at 10pm.

There is nothing like a reception, nothing mentioned about it in explanation part. I just arrived there and there was no explanation. Luckly some local people call the number and the host asked me to pay first -I didn't have data- and then he would sent me the password for the front door then another password to get the key to room and another password to enter the apartment. He made me wait more than 15 mins in the middle of night even after payment. If you're planning to stay there do your payment and make sure you have all the passwords. And room was just OK, with an uncomfortable mattress

in the middle of night somebody open my door with some key. i was very afraid alone in that place, a lot of noise all night. very dirty and they charge me 3€ just to use the heater the process was not the same in the app be careful

The toalet was with a very bad smell and very small, you cant turn around and there is No shower! But the worst of all you share this toalet with another gusts from another 5 rooms!
