It was the first time we visited Sozopol, we had the best time there and we left with the best impressions. As for the hotel, it exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend it. This hotel is situated in a very nice location 20 mins away from the city on foot, in a very quiet area, nearby the seaside. The rooms are very clean and cosy and the hotel offers also a swimming pool. The owners are absolutely lovely and they speak English. There are supermarkets and a minimarket nearby where you can buy anything you need. We will visit Sozopol again in the future and this hotel will be our first choice to stay.

The hotel is great, clean & comfortable, flexible to needs and a great value for money. The hosts were amazing, we spend some time talking to them & figured out they are amazing people who have put a lot of effort and love to create this place. The hotel is new, with an amazing sea view and relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely visit again.

Clean, quiet, family run hotel, very kind and helpful hosts. Nice view to the see, full equipped pool. The old town of Sozopol ist in 30 minutes walk distance. We enjoyed our holidays there.

The owners are absolutely wonderful - helpful, kind and really looking after their guests. A small oasis of tranquility close to some of the nicest beaches in the area. The pool area is also great. Clean, comfortable with ample place to park- we will be coming back!

The impressions are incredible!! Beautiful view from the balcony and terrace, comfortable room, clean pool. The area is quiet and comfortable, 5-7 minutes to a sandy beach, the same time to a fish restaurant. The hotel has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. There is a private access to the sea on a picturesque rocky beach. The owners are wonderful people, always ready to help, sincere and hospitable. We will be happy to come back here again!

The hotel is located nearby the sea on a very quiet street which makes it perfect for a nice and restful vacation. The staff was very polite and helpful. The room and the pool were kept clean daily. We definitely recommend the hotel and we will surely come back for another vacation in the future!

Great location, 5 minute drive from Smokinia beach or Sozopol. Lovely pool, gorgeous view, direct access to the sea. Very chill and relaxing, polite hosts. It’s my second time here and loved it both times.

Beautiful boutique family run hotel with friendly staff. The perfect base for exploring and a 10 min walk to Kavatsite beach. We had a car but one evening we walked into Sozopol old town (it was a pleasant walk and took about 45 mins). We got a taxi back. Lovely pool and relaxation area. Room was great, quiet, comfy bed and large balcony. Loved it!

There was stop in the shower, which caused the water to flow under the shower cubicle and onto the floor so everything got wet. We informed about it, but nothing happened while we were there. Probably it was easier to fix when we have left.

Good parking possibilities 50-100m from the hotell. It took maybe 10 minutes to walk to the beach. There was one or two restaurants within walking distance, but to get more to chose from I think you need to go to the city center or old town.

There is nothing I can mention.

Room was clean and have everything you need, bed is comfortable, big bathroom with enough towels. Room is on the last floor but you have an elevator, if you don't want to go by the stairs. The big terrace with sea view and two sunbeds is a big plus for me. The staff is really kind and try to help you with everything you need. There is a free parking that for Sozopol is a big, big, big plus (if there is no place to park next to the hotel, staff provides you a parking spot on a private parking, on the next street).

The hotel has shower cabins. Ours kept flooding up and leaking somewhere from underneath.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant! The view was amazing as well!
