SPA - cold room temp, the heating system was turned off or inefficient. - towel stand was empty - slippery floor Hotel - seemingly no one's at the front desk. Room - broken bathtub caps, plugs - damaged key card reader

It was my third visit and my first was in 2012, there are some things that need to be repaired, replaced but overall for the years that the hotel worked has been maintained very good. The only really annoying thing is the church bell that is on the other side of the street its bell is automatic and it wakes you early in the morning and in the afternoon.

Restaurant is an absolute 10, everything is delicious and they have some really fancy beef and duck dishes. Rooms are nice and it's quiet inside. SPA centre is comfortable and really clean.

We didnt like a young guy at the Reception who was totally unmotivated and all the time playing or texting with his cell telefon. If you dont greet him first ..... he will never talk to you ! ! he is ruining all the nice atmospher in this Hotel

Very clean hotel with great size rooms and lots of luxury facilities. Hot tub bath, nice sofas and tables and chairs. Nice, friendly atmosphere and staff. Very responsive administrative team

The parking was not very good. The price was high for what the hotel offered.

The beds where not made, the lift was broken often, the outside sunbeds where not close to the inside swimingpool.

The whole hotel was great, but there were lots of slippery surfaces - from the bathroom to the spa. It would be an easy fix with just some bath mats.

Breakfast was quite good, with lots of variety. The spa was great, the water was very soft and clean and not overly chlorinated.

Breakfast was the same every day, but delicious.

The hotel is located close to the sights in the old part of the city and to the mineral fountains. The breakfast was delicious and coffee was very good. The restaurant menu for lunch and dinner was very varied and the food was extremely tasty. Towels were changed and rooms were cleaned daily. The SPA center was clean and well maintained. The staff was polite. The mineral water in the pool was 34 degrees and in the jacuzzi 46 degrees. The mineral water is healing for bone and joint problems and my wife felt relief from old pains already on the 2nd day.

Very slippery floors in the spa, me and my young soon slipped several times. Something should be done about this. The couch in the room was not really functional.

Good hotel in a central area, close to the Roman ruins. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the spa very much. Very helpful staff.

The in room facilities needed a bit of TLC. The air con was temperamental, the bathroom was very dark and the sink tap was very stiff (needed a good service), the shower leaked on the floor (and not in a wet room way) and the internet TV box had to be replaced - which to their credit was done in 10 mins. As a 4 star hotel in 2023 we would have expected a kettle, cups and tea/coffee, especially considering the cost of the 3 day stay.

Hotel was very easy to find and was in a great location to explore Hisarya. Room was clean and tidy, and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was regular continental style, which was fine with us. Highlight was the spa facilities, which were included in the room fee and never too busy. The massages we booked with Lazarina were marvellous, and great value, definitely to be recommended. Staff were all polite, professional and helpful.

The water pressure was not that good. There are no power sockets near bed and phones had to be charged in another room.

Great breakfast, room got everything we needed, staff was very polite and answered every request we had with a smile. SPA center was good, clean and towels provided. A great place to spend a couple of days for relax!

The pool is small, which is not a problem if the other guests are well behaved and kind. We were lucky enough to have such company, even though they were families with children, it was fine.

Comfortable beds, silent rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, warm water in pool.
