Lumpy cheap foam pillows

I shoud like if they begin the dinner early , 6 o clock. maybe. I have a sugestion if they can have a protection at the outdoor pool when you enter in the pool. A protection bare to keep your hand when you enter.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful and quiet place. All around is green and clean. Fresh air, hot mineral water. There a very nice swimming pool out in the beautiful garden and mother SPA center with all year hot mineral water. Massage was professionally.

Luck of small swimming pool for kids.

Nice location. The hotel is benefited by indoor and outdoor swimming pools with mineral water. Rooms have a good size with a comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained place. The staff is very friendly.

It is a place which we know 20 years from 2006-2007. It is a very nice place, very clean, very quait. The meals were super. In one evening because we were some people they served at table, and they write the menu in romanian. Very nice thing. We were impresionated.

Missed our pillows

Very friendly staff that between my limited Bulgarian and their good English made ourselves understood. Outdoor pool complimented with a warmer indoor pool plus small spa. Recommend room with a balcony as there is no AC in most rooms. Choice and quality of the food was good.

Friendly and professional staff, top service! Delicious food, wide choice of traditional Bulgarian meals and wines. Clean rooms, SPA facilities, swimming pools - outstanding hygiene. Great location, beautiful nature. Highly recommend to visit this place. Thank you!

Fairy is exceptionally warm and cosy. The atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. The personnel is friendly and always ready to help. The entire place is sparkling clean! The food is of high quality and well prepared. We had a buffet for breakfast and a set menu with five different options for the main course at dinner. The pool has 32 degrees mineral water. We usually visit the place in summer, but I am happy to notice that it offers the same comfort and relaxation in cold weather.

Small car park, not enough space if the hotel is full! Not much food variety but was tasty !

Fantastic boutique hotel with natural mineral water even from the tap. The inside swimming pool is 32degrees mineral water and with a SPA centre. amazing winter relax when is snowing outside!! Warm, clean and comfortable rooms Very friendly staff!!

The exterior entrance area requires ‘the end of season’ attention as it does not do justice to the interior decor and facilities.

The food was of a high quality. The staff were exceptionally friendly and efficient.

The room we stayed in had signs of wear and tear - needs a little maintenance.

Wonderful location - very tranquil. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Fantastic for families with kids. Will visit again.

The staff was not trained enough. No uniforms and I couldn't tell the difference between staff and guests. No lobby bar, very slow service and terrible food. The pork was undercooked, salads tasteless.

The only good thing was hygiene in the room.

To start with parking- not enough space and badly organized. The personal is inadequate. The rooms are small and difficult to get the right temperature, bed too soft, uncomfortable pillows. The pool is too small (6x9m) for the hotel, noisy- screaming children etc. Too many rules - most guests don’t comply with. Some guests organized extremely noisy party one of the evening- we were even not informed, no excuse either.

We had HB and the food was good. The water in the pool was nicely warm.
