Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SlovakiaBit problematic check-in as we had key in key box somewhere but could not find where the key box is and how to get in. But then we figured out how to get into backyard and find it. Also noisy neighbors in backyard garden making party until 3 am the first night was not very nice. Moldy shower. EXIT sign above the door flashing green light was also not very convenient as there was no door between aisle and bedroom.
Nice apartment in new building with nice backyard in center of the town. Possibility to use sauna and whirlpool. Dont forget to visit nearby Hills brewery in same town.

Romaniabathroom was bad, clean but it didn’t have a shower, only a shower head near the toilet. the drain was small and when you take a shower you practically flood the whole bathroom.

SwedenThere were nobody in the reception. I had to call them three times to check-in and check out. The tourist maps were wrong, leading to old and no anymore used paths. The winery that is offer for “wine tasting” we’re close and there were dogs that tried to attack us. Information in booking.com is incorrect. There were no bicycles, wine testing, hiking tours, anything. The spa service is using the installations if you now how because there was no help. The jacuzzi water was cold, the shower had cold water as well. Off course no massage service as the were offered in booking. At the end, we could not pay with credit card even when they have a terminal because the cleaning lady didn’t know how to use it. She had no change either so we left the change.
The property was very clean and nice. The installation have good potential Is just there was no one there to attend.
