The only disadvantage - there is just one hot pool outside which was a bit too hot. Plenty of them inside, but the smell of chemicals is inevitable and we just dont like that bit.

It was a delightful experience. Everything was great. Staff was nice and helpful. It was clean and spacious in the room and all common areas. Food was tasty and they offer a really wide range.

The cleaning - I stayed for 5 days and they didn’t clean the floor or tables, they only changed the towels and made the bed.

Spa center is quite small for such a big hotel. There was only one elevator to the spa center which was also very slow and small. Most people opted to use the stairs instead of waiting 10+ minutes for a lift.

Overall, the hotel is new and modern. The room was very spacious and comfortable. All members of the staff were very friendly and cooperative. Special thanks for the treatment we received from restaurant personel. Restaurant manager was absolutelly great! Food was good and tasty. There were plenty of varieties to choose from and food was re-supplied fast and in adequate quantities.

The gym could be improved, only one of the treadmills worked and you needed a subscription to use it, one of the bikes was also not working, there were only a couple of weight machines that were a bit difficult to understand without anyone to explain them

I really cannot remember anything.

It is very clean and peaceful, located in the centre of the Velingrad city. The lobby, the restaurant and the SPA are all very spacious and well organised. There was a wide variety of food which was very well prepared and delicious. Everything a good SPA should have - Big and small hot pools and jacuzzis, hot steam bath, salt room, rest area. Also, shock showers/pools (cold pool/shower) and 3 types of saunas available: traditional, herbal and infrared, etc. The rooms were wide, very comfortable with very big bath also. The parking is also big enough. And the last but not the least, the staff was very very polite and friendly even towards our small dog. Was a pleasure to be their guests! Big thank You!

The lack of towels, there was no apropiarte size of the bathrobe and we didn’t like that there was no water for drinking in the room and in the restaurant. It should be for free not just for the breakfast. The breakfast also should be until a little bit later.

Location because it is noisy and there I no view to the maintain; toilet paper was cheep, there are no cosmetic cotton and Cotton buds and teeth brush and tooth paste

Beds were too hard, towels at pool had to be “checked out” unlike other 5-star hotels we have been to in area, staff were not as exceptional as at other similar locations.
