The room’s fridge was empty, no tea or even a kettle in the room. The floors in the SPA are always wet and the provided slippers are extremely slippery :) Bring your own. The bath robes are size XXL, if you have a petite partner she will look like a child with mommy’s robe. Bring your own.

Staff were friendly and responsive. Ready to make you a coffee at any time. Hands down.

The SPA zone is a little bit tight. For this price category, there should be more items like an infrared sauna or a salt room. The food in the restaurant is tasteless with a few exceptions. Also, there should be a map or a sign in the lobby for in which direction to go to find your room.

Nice hotel at a nice place. Tidy and clean. There is lots of stuff to do around it. The rooms are large and comfy. Helpful personal. The SPA is okay.

The room was very comfortable, the pool was clean and had just the right temperature. Nice SpA area, fresh and tasty breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent quality for the price we payed.

The restaurant. Food is not great, we got raw sausages, which we end up not paying and were compensated with a drink, but still - raw meet is not acceptable. The pizzas were not great as well. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Pool table and the whole gaming area needs updating.

Room, facilities, pool, grounds were good and we enjoyed a great stay. Hotel has a great location.

The fitness is in bad shape. The juice and some of the breakfast sweets can be higher quality.

The only thing that has to be increased is the temperature in the pool, and in the jacuzzi. In my opinion the t wasn't more then 26 in Celsius,.

The problem is the public transport from Varshets which almost does not exist. The people from the hotel helped us find a taxi.

The pool was big enough and the water - very pleasant. The people at the reception were very helpful. The hotel is surrounded by mountains, easy reachable from the pedestrial area and 5 minutes from the city center. The breakfast was nice and fresh. We would love to come again for a longer stay, it is a relaxing and high quality place.

The underground parking was a little bit uncomfortable for a big car to enter.

The apartment we rented was big and with astonishing view to the mountain. Food at the restaurant was excellent. Personnel is polite and helpful. The Spa center was very nice - big pool, nice bar in the pool area. Fitness is small, but has everything you need for a simple training

Very poor and small Relax zone. Only one sauna and steam bath. Very noisy as the jacuzzi is in the relax zone and it's unreasonable additionally paid. Some misunderstandings with the SPA reception. May be the TV was too small for the large room. :)

The room, bathroom were large and very warm with balcony and nice mountain view. Restaurant staff was friendly and the food was interesting. Good indoor swimming pool.

the food in the restaurant is quite poor but you don't starve. a better cook would be appropriate.

it is a clean and well maintained hotel. the pool water is quite warm (not to be compared to thermal water). excellent sauna. good breakfast.

The place was really nice, clean and quiet! If you like going to SPA, this is the Best place to go in Varshets!
