The bathroom was smelly because of the drainage I think The shower was leaking and everytime you flush water used to leak also Low ceiling No wall mirror near the basin

There’s free parking and the location is pretty good depending on where you wanna stay Value for money was good since it was quite cheap so can’t complain much but it’s nothing fancy Very very basic

The bed was not comfortable. The shower was quite confusing because there's also a toilet in it and you have to shower in that direction because otherwise the water will go straight outside of the door. There's a microwave but no dining plates to be used. It was quite warm but there's no ac but just 1 fan. We had to ask it, luckily the owner sent another.

The communication with the owner is really good. He helped us with almost everything that we needed including the booking of the taxi.

Nedko, the owner went all out to assist us from the time we arrived by bus from Veliko to our departure to Bansko. picking us up at the station, securing our forward bus tickets n sending us to the station for our departure. The best customer service experienced since the commencement of our trip. TQ Nedko.

Slight smell of drain in one of the rooms, but nothing too bad for a short stay.

Honestly, we booked the place because it's a hundred meters away from the only absinthe bar in Bulgaria. One of the rooms was excellent, the other one very good, the host was extremely welcoming. Most importantly - you can park on the street for free!

The offer said that there was a kitchenette but the mini fridge and electric kettle is hardly a kitchenette. It was no stove, it had only one fork, some glasses and plantes. Good thing that we could borrow from another room. The sofa was very hard and the cabinets and space under the stairs was full of renovation/construction tools. The bathroom was very small and it was hard to take a shower and not hit in anything.

The place was ok, the room could do with updating and a new fridge and wardrobe and drawers as no where to put your things.

- The owner was not there at our check in, but gave us instructions by phone where to find the key of the room; - The mattress board of the sofa bed was broken upon our arrival which made it difficult to sleep on (luckily we were there only two nights) - The wardrobe was full with detergents and equipment of the cleaning lady, so we couldn’t use it; - The hole in the sink was rusty and dirty; - The flushing mechanism on the toilet was broken; - The kitchenette existed of a small cupboard with saucers as plates and a collection of non complete cutlery (2 forks, 2 knives and 4 spoons, all different); - And the cups and glasses were a variety of items with only one long drink glass between the four of us; - The free toiletries existed of various small shampoo samples obtained from different hotels;

- the room is on street level in somewhat of a cellar of a house situated in the old town of Plovdiv - There was sufficient toilet paper

The room had very bad ventilation and no air conditioner or even an electrical fan. The wardrobe was occupied with detergents and stuff for cleaning and we couldn't use it. The bath towels were in evidently blunt condition.

The place was at the very heart of the Old town of Plovdiv which was very suitable for us. We could park our car on the same street for free, the room was relatively big and there was a very comfortable sofa in it. The price for 2 was very good!
