Room could have been a bit cleaner and some of the sheets were stained. The couch where our kids were sleeping wasn't meant for 2 people at all but luckily they are small kids.

Nice cosy apartment located just few meters away from the beach. Has most things you might need like plates, cups, knives and forks etc. Secure entrance to the building, staff is friendly.

In the reservation, it was indicated that the bed was one large, but in fact there were two small ones next to each other, which was not at all convenient, because the beds were constantly being moved.

The parking was confusing.

The apartment was so nice! It is even better than it looks in photos. Also the beach is really close and the price could not be better. I reccomend this place.

- "Lux" only in the name, just normal - bathroom not very comfortable - water temperature of the shower is changing without touching anything - very difficult to park a car in the neighborhood, underground parking costs extra and has only limited capacity - some understanding difficulties in Bulgarian with the Russian staff

The lack of parking space on the street was problematic, even though we were visiting off season. We were not offered to use the hotel underground parking. There are paid parkings around. The breakfast selection was quite limited, probably because we were there before the high season. It was simple but well prepared.

The location of the hotel is very good. The appartment was spacious and very clean. Everything was brand new.

My reservation said no credit/debit card needed, pay at the property. Still booking requests to add such info. At the day of arrival they started trying to withdraw whole amount from my frozen card at 12:40 and went down from ~800lv to 500lv, then 300lv, 150lv,100lv in the span of 2 minutes. Then gave up. I got notified and called the property to ask what the hell are they doing. A lady in poor Bulgarian, a Russian or Ukrainian, told me if I don’t pay until 14:00 she will cancel my reservation. This is just a bad practice in my opinion. Then a whole week the room was not cleaned even once, they did not change our towels or bed sheets even once, didn’t throw away our trash and I had to go twice to reception to ask for toilet paper. The trash I started accumulating on our terrace, just behind the people at the pool to see if this will bring any attention. It did not. It’s still a hotel, not a rental apartment where I am supposed to wash and clean after myself. The room and comfort was ok, but only the door could be opened to get fresh air. Not a single window. Quite poor. The area is a disaster if the hotel is out of parking lots which it was.

It’s very close to the beach and city centre. People at reception are somewhat polite.

Nobody cleans the rooms. They charge you extra 10 Euro every time you want your room cleaned. For 6 nights nobody came to throw the trash apparently we are supposed to throw it ourselves. We had to ask for toilet paper at the reception as nobody cares to check if it needs changing. They leave you sheets in a basked in front of the door to change them yourself. Most of the staff doesn't speak English or Bulgarian (only Russian). There is no hairdryer and the air-conditioning smells bad.

Furniture in the rooms is relatively new Beds are comfortable. The hotel is very close to the beach Pool is ok

The rooms are tiny. There was a little kitchen next to the bed but no table to sit and eat. We had a room on the ground floor looking at the pool. It was quite noisy. The AC was not working properly.

There was a fee for the parking (10 euro per night) and you'll have to pay for it because there're no available parking spots nearby at all. The staff barely spoke Bulgarian, although the hotel is in Bulgaria. Also, the restaurant is working only for breakfast and we've had to go to elsewhere to grab some drinks for the pool.

The rooms are very big and clean. There's a fully working kitchen wit hfurniture, a balcony and a nice bathroom. The pool is available for the entire day.

Good that I was alone, because room was too small for a couple. No place for a table even there was a kitchenette. Cold in that part of the year. AC was not strong enough to warm the room which was very high. Very "good acoustic" on the corridor. You hear all the noises from there, even delicate door closing. Cold main light and no bedside lamp. No shelf in a bathroom.

Very nice stuff. No problem to come even at night. Clean room Very comfortable, not too soft matterss, hot water in a bathroom. Nice balcony with a pool view. Good breakfast- even not a bigg choice. Great localisation- first coast line- you can hear the sea. A lot of parking places, just at the entrance. Very safe place - gate is closed that no strangers can come inside.
