It is close to the beach, to the stores, to the restaurants, park and what I believe, a small old City center. The studio has all you need to stay even for more than 1 week. It is cosy and nice and very quiet.

I just wanted to take a moment to write about our amazing stay in Varna. My family and I rented two flats for our holiday, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location of the flats was fantastic - we were within walking distance of all the main attractions, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. And, of course, the beach was just a short stroll away! The flats themselves were wonderful. They were immaculately clean, and the beds were so comfortable that we slept like babies every night. We were thrilled to find that everything we needed for our stay was provided, and the Wi-Fi was lightning-fast. Plus, our neighbours were so quiet that we hardly even knew they were there! Overall, we had an absolutely amazing time in Varna, and we owe a big part of that to our fantastic accommodations. Thank you so much for making our vacation truly unforgettable. We can't wait to come back again soon!

An electric kettle didn't work stable all the time. There was no a shoe stick. Check-in process was quite complicated because I didn't know how to turn on the light inside the building - switchers were on the walls inside but I didn't see them in the dark. But all of that was not essential - everything was just fine!

Nice and modern apartment equipped with everything you need for comfortable staying. It is located in the heart of the city and you can reach restaurants, cafeterias and stores just in minutes

Bathroom was unusual. The floor around the toilet was all the time wet because shower was just next to it with no shower curtain in between.

I lived in this apartment a couple of weeks ago. And I can honestly say that it was the best one I've lived in Varna. The location is perfect - it's close to the seaside and park, and there is a supermarket and some nice cafés nearby. It is also close to the city centre and walking street. Also there was everything you need for a comfortable stay - fully furnished and equipped kitchen, so we could cook. The only thing that wasn't there was a microwave, but that was OK. By the way, the balcony was absolutely adorable) we often had breakfast or lunch there.

Not a huge problem, but the only thing that bothered us was the unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drain. In that regard, maybe mosquito net on the bathroom window might be a good idea.

To me the most positive thing about this apartment is its location. The apartment is located in the best (in my opinion) part of Varna (the Greek neighborhood), which is close to the Sea Garden and the city center. There is a super market and a pharmacy nearby. Another great plus is the bunk bed, which is very convenient for people with small kids (such as us). Also I liked that it has a washing machine. Everything was in working order and as described. The place was very quiet.

The shower is right next to the toilet and not separated, so the tiny bathroom gets quite wet. Neighbours were very noisy.

Hard to parking, is not fault of the place, it´s just as is designed the city, so my recommendation is google for a 5 min walking parking zone that is cheaper.

Really well located, close to the port, naval museum and nice restaurants on the beach, some Roman archaeological places and a nice pedestrian zone, its hard to parking special if you have a foreign license plate, so you can park in the train station / port parking lot that is expensive or about 5 min walking there's another parking lot and you can pay for 24 hours and cheaper. One big thing, it's that they help me to find a DOG SITTER (stayed with my dog in the apartment), because we had a friend's wedding, really we are so THANKFUL for the willing to help us with everything and also with the lady that take care of my 48 kg dog, very responsible, affecting and TRUSTY person.

Lovely studio in the heart of Varna!

We were surprised by the hospitality and responsiveness of the hostess. At our request, she provided us with a high chair for feeding, turned on the heating in the room in advance and allowed us to leave the studio later than the scheduled check-out time. The location is excellent. Right in front of the entrance are the ruins of Roman baths. There is a supermarket in the same house, the nearest pharmacy is a thirty-second walk from the entrance. The same amount of walking to a Chinese restaurant. It's cheap and delicious. The nearest park and promenade is a 5-minute leisurely walk. A 7-minute walk to the pedestrian street with restaurants. All sights are close at hand. At the same time, the place is quiet. Nobody disturbed at night. The windows overlook the courtyard and are oriented to the southwest. The studio has a lot of natural light. The studio has everything for cooking, cleaning, washing. The Internet did not raise questions. There was a good connection anywhere in the room. Heating is provided by air conditioning. Laminate on the floor. The floor is warm enough (we were in winter). Our stay in the studio was wonderful and really comfortable. When it was time to go, we didn't want to leave that place. Definitely, will stay here again. I highly recommend having an eye on that hidden gem.

This is a very minor complaint, but I wish at least one of the windows had a screen to prevent mosquito's from entering the apartment. When I arrived there were 4 mosquitos in the apartment that I had to spend time hunting in order to get a peaceful night sleep. I wanted to open the windows and get the fresh sea breeze, but chose not to since there were no bug screens on any of the window. This is a minor issue, because otherwise I loved the place.

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and comfortable. It was located close to the shore and the popular pedestrean locations. The host was also very helpful and nice. I would definitely stay here again

Position of the appartment is perfect: near to the beach, port (restaurants) and downtown.The flat is nicely decorated, well equipped and clean. Excellent communication with the host. We were wellcomed by fruit, wine and flowers on the table. I would recommend or stay again.
