I think this hotel needs a new vision about everything. From not good attitude and missing holidays for the tired personnel to the renovation for the terraces, because most of them aren't self-contained. Eating is very expensive for what they offer as quality and quantity. Аnd for good attitude (Interesting and innovative way of thinking of some of the personnel thanks to which we understood more but unfortunately they should be at higher positions especially as they know perfect English)- there are wonderful young people with a lot of intellect that work at this hotel and maintain the rooms, for these young people we leave a positive assessment. We write about this young person in plural personality in order to keep confidentiality but also thanks a lot from heart 💓.

There was no door between the 2 bedrooms in the apartment. There was no curtain or anything similar to cover and separate the shower cabin from the toilet. Breakfast was very limited with regards of the offered products and same every morning.

Breakfast was really cheap but food quality and variety was very poor. Not vegetarian friendly.

The room was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. They have saved a parking spot for us as we have arrived late.

Property is listed as soundproof but we could clearly hear conversations from the neighbouring apartment/room. There is music until 00:00 in the restaurant area downstairs (but never after, which was good) There was a loud noise from either ventilation or an AC left turned on overnight that kept us up until 3am on our last night (not great with a small child). We received a free crib for our child which was in very poor condition ( torn sides, dirty bottom pad). The mattress we received for it was basically two duvets and a full size sheet to cover it. Those sheets were not changed during our entire 7 night stay apart from the one day we specifically requested it from the cleaning lady. One of the bedrooms was acessed through the other bedroom, which has no door and is connected to the living room area. We didn't realize this was the apartment type we booked but it was ok for 3 adults and a child in the end. The kitchenette was fairly poorly equipped with just 4 glasses (no cups), 2 plates and some cutlery - no knives , washing liquid or sponge. There was a microwave, water heater and a small fridge. We could however ask for anything we needed as we did ask for a corkscrew. Hand soap was also missing from the bathroom. General necessities can be improved at least for guests staying for longer periods. There is no curtain in the shower area so water splashes around the entire bathroom and nothing to sweep it with. We ended up using one of the hair towels we received to dry the floor. Our 2 year old was about to slip and fall there once. Only a few of the spa area options are listed as an additional charge but it turns out you need to pay an entrance fee regardless. The facilities seem to indicate otherwise (no additional charge note on the steam bath for example but you still need to pay). Infinity pool as well but neither of the two pools we had available is one. In general it seems the listed facilities need to be updated as they are misleading.

The staff was very nice and pleasant to talk to It was nice to not think about food with full board included especially with a small child even though it felt too plain sometimes (ice cream option for lunch/dinner was nice) Easy to take our stroller up to the room

immaculately clean & located near every amenity you could ever want with just a short walk to the south beach - this and it’s sister hotel are the places to stay in kiten . food excellent & Plamina and her team go above and beyond to make every stay a happy one

beautiful , immaculately clean hotel & warm reception from the hosts as ever . All meals freshly cooked and of a very high standard . well equipped room with large balcony & view over the pool area private parking . good location near the south beach of kitten and close to all local amenities.

- Strong smell of smoke in one of the rooms - There was no official parking space - Woman at the reception tried to make us switch for a larger room and thus pay for it - Towels were dirty - Airconditing was relatively broken but the hotel staff did almost fix it (i.e., the door of it didn't want to close but the airconditining did blow or blow off whatever it was set on) - The bins were not emptied even though they were full - Dirty spots on of the mattresses

- There was a lift - Location was good - There were airconditioners - The mattress were comfy

Very kind and gentle family. Dinner was delicious and extensive and it was served for us even we have late for it. Very helpful and very tolerant with kids. Recommendation for stay with small kids. We have cherish memories and new location for summer vacations.

We stayed for a week we have a change of sheets and towels only one in three days. The roomsevice was so arogant to push and go in the room without knocking. When we asked for her not to get to our room so early she told us she was doing her job. The menager treat us so bad when we asked for cups she give us the most broken glasses of the whole place .After our stay both of my kids were with skin irritation because we found huge insects in the bed! Very dissapointed willl never be returning there. The shower hot water is only for two kids to be bathed me and my husband took bath with ice cold water. Terrible service! !!

Nothing even the conditioning was beyond horendoes!
