The room was not clean, a lot of hairs on the floor in the bathroom and in the room. The sun beds on the terrace were very dirty. One of the sinks and the jacuzzi was leaking, the drain was full of hairs, the air conditioning was rusty and dirty, on some walls there was mold. The staff were very grumpy, nobody was smiling, besides the reception staff almost nobody spoke English. The breakfast is very very low budget.

For me it was too far away from Sozopol's Old Town and Sozopol's Center (walking distance).

Had a parking lot, easy to park. The room was spacious and had a balcony. Good value for the money.

While it had all of the above it didn’t seem like anyone was taking care of the sun loungers and the outside infrastructure. The parking was all dirt and was unpleasant to drive on. I highly doubt the place deserves its 4 stars, our bathroom systematically was not cleaned by the staff and the AC hadn’t been cleaned judging by the big lump of dust in it.

The property was spacious, had a relatively big swimming pool and an ok sort of garden place. It has a parking space which is just dirt and can be rough, an outside bar and a restaurant.

The whole hotel is looking a little tired. Exterior of main building desperately in need of a repaint. Pool furniture in need of a good clean.....dirt ingrained on some of the loungers. Staff need to smile and respond to guests in a more welcoming manner. Bizarrely, the cleaning staff treat toilet rolls like gold...try and get one if you can!!!

Breakfast choice was very good. Something for everyone. Location was amazing...close to beaches and both new and old town within walking distance. All in all still value for money with the pros outweighing the cons.

Terrible breakfast. Like big time terrible. First few days you could pick up food on your own, not much to choose from, but you had a choice. Then instead, they have plates with food, and it was always cold, eggs cold, super bad. And food did not look good, and I'm not sure how old it was

It was hard to communicate with a lot of the staff members, as they didn't speak English. They were all very nice and welcoming, we just encountered the language barrier.

The room was very dirty, at the night you should use your smarthphone light to go to your room, they are saving energy... thanks to it, my father fell down and hurt his leg at the staris, because it was absolute dark at 10 pm... The sofa bed was uncomfortable, I am visiting it for 2nd year and my room view is 0 (ZERO) because I am at the -1 floor (under the ground). I will never visit it again :)

Mainly the attitude of the staff, every time we approached them, they seemed like they really can’t be bothered, they answered with two words, nodding or shaking of the head which I don’t think is appropriate. Definitely not good value for money - we forgot our shower gel and as we were there for two nights only we said okay, we’ll just use the hotel one. It turns out that for the price of 150lv. per night, you only get two 30ml bottles of shower gel… in addition, the price of the room was what it was because of the ‘sea view’. I appreciate that there are buildings in front of the hotel, however don’t advertise a sea view when there is 3cm worth of a sea view. (See picture). Also finding our room was a bit difficult upon check in as we were told by the staff that it’s on the third floor… we ended up on the roof. Lastly, be careful if you want to leave your bags in the luggage store- anyone can go in and it doesn’t lock.

Breakfast is definitely something on which hotel has to work to improve. Awful Bulgarian yellow cheese, imitation product, low quality sausages, poor choice of bread. no plant milk, poor veggie and fruits. And guys please remove this awful NESCAFÉ machine. I saw other guests were going to the coffee automat located on the street preferring to buy some cheap espresso. Parking is paid and you are welcome with your pet but it costs additional 15 leva / day.

The paid parking which belongs to the hotel let more cars to enter than it can take. This leads to problems as the guests want to park their car as they have already paid for this service and they have no other option but to obstruct other guests' cars. Then guess what happens, when your car is obstructed, you have to find the owner and ask to move it.. When reporting this problem at reception, they tell you "This is problematic everywhere in this town", but don't admit that they let more cars in than the parking can handle. If you pay for parking, your place must be reserved as it's everywhere else, if it was for free then I would accept it.

There is a nice little pool with a bar, the hotel is very close to the beach. The breakfast is good.

The room smelled like mold and the remote for the TV was out of batteries. When I asked for more, I was told sorry, that they didn‘t have any so I couldn‘t enjoy some programs before sleeping.

The staff at the restaurant and bar was not trained. It was not possible to pay by card at the bar. The rooms were not cleaned as expected every day, but on request and we have not been informed about it. The reception desk was not willing to help to order a taxi for a set hour.

Location, pools clean, nice surroundings for breakfast. Garden taken care of. We were located in a new building, with very nice, new and spacious rooms (2nd floor with sea view). I liked that there was an automatic AC around the clock. The Bamboo beach was very close.
