Not the cleanest place, far from the beach, pools were dirty and cold, small balcony.

Breakfast was ok, multiple pools, terraces, view from the room (standard sea view) was ok.

Our apartment was canceled, so we had to book what's available, and Sunrise looked like a good price offer. With low expectations and some saved money, we can not complain. However after we saw the quality of All Included, especially alcohol and cloudy water in pools we just spent days in a one beach poolbar for 30 BGN/day.

The toilet not very safe , the paper to close to your head when you sitting, and the shower around very sharp material, easy to get cut.

I didn't like the all inclusive, except for the beer, white wine and the apple juice. One example: the fish pane was not cooked at all.There are more others , as an overall the food was not cooked very good. The drinking water still and mineral had a funny taste ( as chlorine). The pools must be managed by staff hotel, because the guest "reserved" the pool chairs with towels even that they didn't use them for more than 1 h . They started to "reserve" the pool chiars at the first hour in the morning. Not to mention that the pool with 1.6m deep wasn't used by the guests that "reserved" the pool chairs.

Most of the time, food was not cooked enough and had no taste. The edges of the pool were covered with a green left by the dirt accumulated while it should have been cleaned, the ends also require a general cleaning along with the hall which looks horrible from any point of view, especially sanitary, it is very dirty. The air conditioning does not work. The wine at the bar has absolutely no taste, it is very bitter, even sour, and the juices: coca cola, fanta and the rest do not taste the same as the ones bought, they taste like food coloring diluted in mineral water. I also requested a double bed, but I received two single beds.

The animators were great, they always came looking for people to do activities with with a smile on their faces. The food was varied

Mosquitos are real nightmare if don't have bracelet for protection or spray for them. Evening entertainment was not always up to my liking. Tiles are extremely slippery around the pool after rain, otherwise on daily use is not that bad.

Staff are very friendly, especially the bar staff. Food was good, always will find something to your liking, especially the traditional Bulgarian food. Different games were fun during the day.

This hotel is thriving on false advertising. 1) First thing you get hit with at arrival is the lack of parking. They send you to a dusty "junk yard" looking like private parking area adjacent to the hotel where the price is higher than advertised at hotel. Also, the hotel doesn't want to pay the difference. Plus you give up your keys because they constantly move the cars around to pack them as much as possible, so a simple evening trip with the car transforms into a major waste of time and headache. 2) None of the rooms were ready at check-in time and the front desk lady instead of offering us the bracelets to make up for their shortcoming, she was very confrontational, making it our problem because we got there in time. 3) Under the white cover, all the pillows have yellowish dried saliva spots all over them. The recliner bed was sagging and cracking all night, it was beyond repairs. The curtain was ripped. The fridge was not cooling. The shower drain was backed up (cannot attach video). I notified the front desk, but after 2 days they lied to my face saying that these issues were addressed. That is when I took pictures. 4) Nobody would believe me that the rooms I booked were advertised with safe box at no charge. When I asked to talk with the management, she interrogated me for all the reservation details as if she didn't see what is on Booking.com. She offered a discount, but at that point it was too little too late. 5) Overall look of the property with overgrown trees, spider webs in the lobby waiting area, garbage around the property, cracked outdoor tiles, makes it impossible to believe it is a 4 star hotel. This was supposed to be a relaxing vacation with my extended family...

Overall the food was good. Big selection and tasteful. Never ran out of beer. Friendly, easygoing staff at the pool, bar and buffet. Animators were doing a fantastic job. Plenty of pools: 3 in the back, 1 in the front, 1 indoors. There is a shortcut through the rear side of the hotel which makes the trip to the beach more manageable.

The balcony door is defective and does not close... There is a lot of noise from the wind and electricity enters the room. The refrigerator is also defective... It emits heat outside and does not cool inside. The bathroom shower sprays in all directions.

I had to ask twice at the reception to clean the room (although we hang the sign on the door two days in a row but nobody came). The staff was not always nice, especially the waiters in the restaurant: they kept breaking plates/glasses every day, and also were not really friendly.

The sofa bed to accommodate the 3rd person was hard as a board, the bathroom is 1m2 and with some installations broken also the bathroom door is made from laminated cardboard and it swelled up because of the water. In the 3rd day those 3 small bottles with shampoo that we found in the first day finished, thus because we were 3 people in that room and we spent 5 nights there I asked the cleaning lady to provide us toilet paper and shampoo(yes you have to ask). She refused me violently for shampoo giving us only toilet paper. I've had to make 4 complaints to reception to obtain another 3 small reserves of shampoo. In the end I've had to buy shampoo from supermarket anyway. The location of the hotel is deceiving looking on the map, because it is up in a hill and the shortest path suppose to climb a huge number of stairs which can be a problem for elders or people with some conditions. They offer a shuttle to go to the beach but departure hours around noon could not be convenient for some people. Pools are closed at 6:00PM.

They are doing great efforts on the restaurant, watching carefully to keep everything clean and to offer a decent variety of dishes although the glory days of all inclusive in Bulgaria are long time gone and the food often looks like what you are cooking at home. Pools are suitable for everybody from kids to adults.

First - parking: I had to pay for recovering my car that was towed during my check-in process. It was a guy from the hotel who told me I should move the car to a private parking immediately - 15 leva/ day. The private parking was in a valley - after parking you have to climb back the stairs about 3 flours. I told him I need to unload the luggage first - I was with my family: wife and two children, so a lot of luggage and after I will move the car that I parked in front of hotel - for that spot you need the parking card. The parking card you receive after check-in, if available!. He asked me to show him my car. I went inside for check-in and the car was towed in minutes! After that he talked at the phone to a guy the company that took my car (in Bulgarian of course) when I asked him in English about the costs and the possibility to pay the penalty with the credit card and their phone and location, but he told me he don't have their number other then the one from the outside sign and he don't know the exact location of the place and that I can pay with the credit card. At the spot - about 3 km far, first they told me I can't pay with the credit card so I have to go about 1 km far for ATM. After I talked a little nervous in Bulgarian, by a miracle the POS was good, but surcharge another 3 leva over the 90 leva penalty! So big scam! Second - the cleaning - there where dead bugs in the room and dirty sheets! They hardly swipe the room but nothing more. Shared balcony - no privacy and it was summer! Also a lot of noise if you turn on AC, also hard to live without. The entertainment - if you are looking for manele, that's the place to go! Horrible! Around the hotel some guys trying to sell Russian ruble as Bulgarian leva - nice scam if you don't pay attention! At the exchange they are showing only the selling price and surcharge for paying with credit card! Inside pool was good - we had about two rainy days, but it was small for the hotel capacity!

The size of the room was ok, the meals and variety of food was decent, let's say good enough, interior pool - a plus in rainy days, pretty nice pools outside, big entertaining area.

- the staff uses basic english - smelly room - rusty room fridge - dirty sheets - balcony door was stuck - the food from all inclusive does not offer variety and left the impression of cheap food (the drinks aswell) - the same playlist for music from the pool and too loud (am 9am the music woke me up everytime) - too many kids, they were loud and they were running in the restaurant - the pools are small (in the photos the pools look bigger)

The room was not how we've expected to be,whey smaller and not so great as in the pictures(i think that we receive one in an area of the hotel where the rooms was not renovated)plus the door was about to fall on...and when we talk to the Rezeption to change it ,we need to give so many explanations and wait and just after 1 night there we've receive another room:(
