Excellent place to stay as a couple or family. The rooms are very clean and there is a view to the mountains. Incredible! Big terrasse with chairs and table to enjoy the view and the noise of the river next to the hotel. Parking place in front of the hotel is always available. The hosts are very friendly and the breakfast was great! We definetly will visit again!

The breakfast was really simple. We expected more local bulgarian food to be avialable. There was no warm containers and not enough fruit at breakfast. They announce to have a private parking but we had to park on the street, which may be a problem if you go there on a high season.

The personal was very friendly and kind, always ready to help. Location was good, really quite place.

Wonderful place full of charm and family atmosphere! The breakfast is local Bulgarian food, fresh and delicious. The stuff is extremely friendly, the rooms are comfortable and very clean. The location is perfect, close to the city center and on the way to the seven rila lakes.

The owner was super friendly and warm. The breakfast was delicious (we had omelette, meskitsa, coffee and food that came with a mini buffet). The room was clean with a nice view of Bulgarian countryside. We also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. Really good value for the price and an enjoyable stay.

Location is good and the room was clean. Breakfast is simple, but tasty, except maybe for the coffee that I didn't liked much.

The location was great. Breakfast was fine but limited and there is only one woman who cooks so often the items were not hot but rather cool.

The hotel was located very centrally and the staff was nice but did not speak English very well. They did try or relied on Google translate --which worked fine. The only "issue" we had was that the a/c did not work at night--although I have had that in other parts of Bulgaria where they say if the evening temperature is too cold the A/C does not turn on. It was very pleasant outside but the problem with leaving the window or terrace door open was the noise from the neighborhood dogs that roam all of the outskirt villages of Bulgaria (at least the ones we visited) --as do cats. It seems they are well fed but appears that they do not believe in spay and neuter :(

Wonderful please to visit. Host is very nice, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from all the balcony. Every morning host serves home made breakfast.

Room was comfortable with a large balcony, overlooking a stream with sunset views. Great location to visit the Seven Rila lakes as the lift is a 25min drive, as well as the mineral springs. Trampoline/toys for kids, and spa use at no addition cost.

Room was a bit small for 4, but the balcony was amazing and made up for the smaller room size.

The bed was soft, the shower cubicle leaked and the shower screen continually felll down.

The staff were lovely and the breakfast was substantial. An easy walk into the centre of town. It was nice to hear the river from the room. Our friends stayed in another room which seemed to have a better shower than ours.

The only thing me and my partner had issue with was the air conditioning in our room which was really loud and we gad troubles sleeping while it was on, but since it was winter if it weren’t on it would become quite cold, so maybe the staff can check this out (i forgot to mention it face to face)

The property has a small spa, which is really nice and cozy. In addition the room was great, it had black out curtains and the view from the balcony was of the mountain, which made our stay more magical.

Only a minor thing but the breakfast was tasty but very simple

Overall a really good stay, staff spoke limited English but made a lot of effort to communicate with us and were very friendly, room was big and comfortable, there was also a jacuzzi and heated recliner seats in the basement which was a really nice amenity to use. The hotel was great value and a good location in the town.
