The noise in the hotel. Is not soundproof at all. The noise from the hall is very disturbing, but this depends also on the type of clients. The breakfast is good but somehow poor :)

The position of the hotel was great for us. Close to the main objectives and a silent area of the town. We had water in the room and slippers. Comfy bad, AC for warm. Good value for the money.

One of the AC units broke down one night. Luckily, the temperature outside was not considerably low, and the blankets were warm enough to sleep comfortably. There is not much variety for breakfast, you basically receive about the same things almost every day, but it's satisfying enough.

We loved the fact that it is situated in the old part of the town, which is so beautiful!! It's like walking into a fairy story! Also the view is exceptional. In order to heat the room you have to use the AC unit. The staff is very nice and helpful. Even if they don't have a private parking, there is a parking space on the street lower down, which is never crowded, where you can see your car from any of the rooms facing the river. Otherwise you can park the car opposite to the entrance of the Hotel, but the street is very narrow, as it is part of the Old town. The Hotel is in the vicinity to all major tourist attractions of the city, and so you don't need to use the car to visit them.

Very poor breakfast.. basically the guy from reception brings in the morning some cheese, butter, bread and that's it. Also woke up early in the morning and had no chance to have a coffee up to 8 AM.

Not enough parking spaces and very narrow streets. I wasted about an hour wandering the streets until I found a parking space, even though the hotel told me I could park on the street in front of the hotel.

The shower was rather unpleasant, as only a curtain delimited the space between it and the toilet (for the single room only), meaning that the bathroom always flooded, although room service took care of the "mess" on a daily basis. Another aspect which may constitute difficulties for some would be the parking and vehicle access. One should make his homework regarding the city center, just to not be surprised if his car wouldn't fit through the narrow streets that lead to the hotel.

The staff was more than helpful in providing us everything from extra towels to indications and travel tips. The hotel offers a great value for money with a central location close to all major attractions.

There is no WiFi, the whole place is lacking many facilities one would like. Not even a hair dryer. The room was a bit smelly, hot all the time even with the fan on and it was not cleaned properly.

Great staff and very easy check-in. The location is quite good near most of the main spots. The room we got was 2 separate rooms within the unit, great for more adults traveling. The parking is just in front of the place and not crowded so you'll find a spot.

The mattress was just terrible. They are really used or old or cheap. I cannot say. Dear Hotel Terazini. You have a nice hotel there with great location. Just do some investments and replace the mattresses

It is an older hotel with large rooms, very close to the city center. I can say it gives you the feeling of the late early 00`s. Place is quiet, large rooms, nothing to comment on that

the hotel WIFI was patchy - I guess the signal was not strong enough in the rooms and it kept disconnecting. We didn't like the dark decor much .. and the hotel would be prettier with more photos/pictures and other bits that make places cosier:)

Administrtor didn't tell breakfest available till 10am only and I left without paid breakfest. Receptionist made me a tea and gave milk for crunches left, but it was confusing experience

Check in, especially under COVID conditions, should not be interrupted by other guests.

The town was a pleasant surprise and it's worth a visit. The hotel is in a good location to explore the fortress. Finding the hotel can be tricky.

Very complicated to access. Virtually no parking space. The breakfast is almost non existent, just a few tomatoes, cucumbers and bread and jam. We paid for it yet you have to pay separately for coffee (they have no pos in the restaurant).
