For us wasn’t a problem, but others may find that the walls of the apartment are very thin and you can easily hear the neighbours or the fact that there is no view, the building is very close to other. But these are not important for me, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Cozy small apartment for a getaway , the location is perfect, quiet, yet very close to commercial area. There are plenty of parking spaces in the vicinity. For us was exactly what we needed!

The apartment is perfect for 2-3 people, and it is located in a quiet and peaceful street that was a 13 min walk away from the beach. The apartment has a comfortable bed and sofa, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything I needed. There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient. The owner of the apartment was friendly and helpful, and he was happy to show me around the apartment and help me with the parking app. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Varna. The city of Varna is beautiful, and it has something for everyone. There are museums, a large park, a thriving nightlife, and a perfect beach. The water was clean and the sand was fine.

Only minor inconveniences, very expected for this price range: the round table is a little worn out, the hangers in the toilet and the TV relative to chairs abd the sofa are not at the most convenient place, there is a very nice full set kitchen, but it is lacking some tools like a mixer. Most of the drawbacks are easily surmountable.

Really nice and cozy, amazing for the prize and there were lots of pillows and the bed was pretty large. The stay was overall perfect

Surrounding buildings are too close, i.e. not a great view from the balcony and curtains need to be constantly closed.

perfect amount of room for a long weekend getaway. bed was on the verge of being too hard but it was still comfortable and the number of pillows (so many!! so comfortable!!) was perfection. location was great for getting around the city by foot and the Wi-Fi was fast.

The location of the Cozy apartment is great - the vast majority of the city is reachable on foot The hosts are lovely, flexible and tactful. The apartment is in fact cozy and offers everything needed.

Clean, confy, quiet place, close to the city center and restaurants. I definately recommand this place, its a nice small flat to stay for a couple of nights. Thank you Luba and mr Alexander (Luba's dad that waiting for us and it was very nice and helpful).

The door to the balcony can not stay open and you have to put a chair to keep it open, as non of the windows or that door can be open from top to bottom. There is pretty much nowhere you can hang a towel in the bath nor put anything around the sink other than one toothbrush and a toothpaste.

It is indeed Cozy, quite, clean, great location, friendly people, easy parking ( Amazingly easy for that part of the city as you can often park right outside the front door). Definitely a place you would want to recommend after your stay and will not disappoint you
