Everything was great

Such welcoming staff working in reception who were kind, polite, attentive and always greeted me every time I left or entered the building. They went the extra mile to ensure my stay was the best it could be and I was even hand delivered a plate of macaroons, a complimentary drinks voucher for myself and my family and the loveliest handwritten note on behalf of all the staff there by Ivan, the reception manager for my graduation from the medical university. Alexander, Eli and Freya were equally so welcoming and collectively went above and beyond to ensure a high standard of attention and care was provided which really made my stay memorable. It's clear to see that a high level of professionalism is instilled in all those that work in this establishment and I would 100% recommend anyone visiting Plovdiv in search of a comfortable, relaxing stay to book this hotel. The rooms themselves are beautifully aesthetic with the highest quality bedding I've ever experienced, making for such a pleasant night's sleep. The rooms also take full advantage of all the modcons with touchscreen controls for the lights and climate control which really elevates the experience. The power shower was excellent and so enjoyable, spacious with different modes and very clean. The standard of room service was excellent and the rooms were entirely spotless, I couldn't find any faults. My expectations were met and exceeded and I wouldn't hesistate to return should I ever visit Plovdiv in the future.

The sauna isn't working all the time,the massagist is not always available, they should be called if you want a massage.

The comfortable bed, da cleaniness, coffee machine and tea available. The location, the bath robes. The food for breakfast and at Grande Toro.

Internet connection was poor. Bedside lighting on nightstand easily comes on by accident.

My room was on the first floor. Very dark. It’s underground location. The balcony- not real balcony, but exit to underground hall.

Starting with its great location the hotel really impresses with many things. For me the most important was the attitude of the staff who were so polite, friendly and helpful. The other thing that got me excited was my smart room. I could control all in the room with one web based application for witch I only had to scan a QR. Strongly recommending!

Went in the middle of the week at Emporium and from the first day it was a great surprize. The hotel is full of hi-tech and green devices, everything is set to the perfection, the cleaning, the mini bar, the breakfast was made in front of us like most of the meals, pastas. The staff was really friendly and helped me when i forgot the key inside the room and closed the door. The location is in the city, the restaurant near the hotel was also really nice with quality food and nice staff. I recommend it as my staying there was between the best travel experiences i had from all the destinations i have been.

The hotel is perfectly located in the city centre. The staff was very kind and fair. The breakfast was so delicious. The spa center was small but good. And the room was modern and very clean. 🙂
