Massages are OK (although not among the best we have had in Bulgaria and evening slots are not easy to get).

A repeat stay for us in this sulphurous hot spring hotel. The outdoor pools (a hotter and a cooler one) are totally wonderful, open 08 am till 20-00, nicely done and with excellent hydrogen-sulphide-rich water. Good buffet breakfast and dinner, comfortable rooms with good wifi, convenient parking. Nice walks in the local pine forest if you cross the street and walk up from the hotel.

Unlike all other facilities, in the hotel pool area there are certain shortcomings in the finishing details, and one should also think about increasing the acoustic comfort - a suspended ceiling made of suitable mineral plates would help. Also, Aqua Club “Kotvata” needs renovation, but this is not a shortcoming of the hotel.

Very interesting and successful architectural concept of the hotel. Spacious public areas (hall, lounge, restaurant), well-designed and comfortable rooms, large terraces with a beautiful view, thoughtful and tastefully designed interior of the entire facility. Correct SPA facilities with several saunas and steam baths of different temperatures and air humidity. Not so spacious hotel pool area, with several units of different temperatures. The water is warm and pleasant. Next to the hotel, connected to it, is the "Kotvata" Aqua Club, the facilities of which can be used by hotel guests for free. The food in the hotel is plentiful. Breakfast is good and varied, dinner is even better, with some excellently prepared dishes. Especially desserts. The staff is ok...

There is nothing to do outside the hotel. The hotel is in the valley of Rila mountain but there is no single path for hiking. The bar in the hotel was not very well developed, only one mocktail and no varieties of alcohol. The selection of wines is poor.

The facilities are brilliant! So many pools with different temperature water,and many other SPA rooms. Very children friendly.

The only thing we didn’t 100% like was the food. The restaurant was nice and the was delicious indeed, but for this type and class of hotel, I think that there should be wider variety of options and overall a bit higher quality.

We hate a great time at the hotel. The SPA centre is not super spacious, but has all kinds of saunas, steam baths and pools and is not super crowded. The room was comfortable and clean, the terrace was spacious and very nice. And for all of that, the price was reasonable.

The restaurant was not well-heated, in the morning during breakfast was cold and there was smoking winter garden outsude and the door was left opened which is not ok for the rest of the restaurant (especially when there are children inside)

The bathroom had problem with flooding after use, was checked-in the room even though the hotel knew about the problem, which is unacceptable for me!

There were some confusions with the room but they were fixed.The rooms on the street side are noisy in the weekend evenings until ~23 hour due some restaurant over the street with music outside.

Some staff was acting a bit strange - like on our last day the lady at the spa reception was: you must leave by 12 o'clock and the feeling was like - when are you leaving? Similar hotels (150E per night for 1adult and 1 kid) would offer you to stay till the rest of the day with no extra charge. Thus we could spend even more money in the venue (for f&b and the games at -1) but someone has to think first. Another strange thing is that the towels for the SPA are only provided at the room when it is cleaned which actually happens after you are already in the pool. So if you have wet towels from previous day, you go with them to the spa/pool zone and then you need to come back and take clean/dry ones from the room at some point (unknown when). Normally these towels get changed at the spa reception.

Generally the hotel is great especially for families with kids that's why it was our third time there. All pools are with mineral water, with nice and different temperature (good choice), big variety amd super clean spa facilities for the adults too. The food is very nice, too. More then enough choices. Kids center is small and suitable for small kids but truly enough, too! Last Saturday there was a lady to entertain the kids and she was extremely good.

In the pools, of the hotel, and more of which in the common areas, need more safty leathers, see is not easy to enter the pools and have no rail to hold on, otherwise perfect in everything.

Everything, and they are so clean, they change your linen daily, towels everyday, help you in what ever you need. So deliousious breakfast and dinner, everyday different menus and so pecfectly prepared. Super in everything.

The food was The food was disgusting. Everything had one taste. The food was not varied enough. The restaurant staff was not very polite. For a 4 star hotel, very bad food. The children's playground is very small, not enough. Only slide and pool with balls. The bed for the kids in the room was very uncomfortable and too close to the floor. The prices in the lobby bar are terribly expensive, and the service is.... not good.

The room was clean and comfortable, but only for 2 persons. The balcony was big and confortable for smokers. The bathroom was good, with normal sizes. The lobby was big and comfortable. The spa was very good and clean, it was quiet, but our stay was during the week.
