All the facilities are a little bit run down and some of the rooms are missing some basic amenities. The wifi connection is unreliable. There were 1 or 2 members of the staff who were exceptionally rude and unpleasant (however, the rest of them made up for it).

We appreciated the size of the room, the shuttle offered to the ski slopes, the spa, and the free parking. The breakfast was simple but plentiful. The restaurant offers very decent meals and some of the staff members go out of their way to be helpful and polite.

The sofa in the apartments is not really suitable for sleeping, if you are thinking of using the apartment for a family of 3 or 4 people - it has metal bars which are felt through the mattress. So, I would suggest booking more rooms instead of an apartment. The food of the restaurant is average and the prices are a bit high. But that being said, the hotel's offer is the best good for its price range, so you could enjoy your stay there.

The hotel is kept at a very warm temperature, event a bit too warm at night, so you will have no problems going to the spa wearing a bathrobe. The staff was very helpful and kind, and went out of their way to answer all our questions. Overall the venue is a very good deal. It is very helpful to have a ski wardrobe at your service and the shuttle to the ski slopes accommodates guests' wishes for when to be taken to and off the skiing, which was a very pleasant surprise.

There was a problem with the hot water but it got sorted quickly enough. Very poor isolation between the rooms, we could literally hear conversations of our neighbours and wi-fi wasn't working at all

I think the hotel needs some reconditioning, the shower cabins are leaking, every time you would take a shower the bathroom would become a pool, the boiler is above the toilette and every time you take a piss you would have your face glued to it (unless you are a girl and don't piss standing or someone beneath 1.50m), the furniture is old but i can't say we had a problem with that because we used the room only for sleeping. The heaters were warm (it's understandable because it wasn't very cold outside) and the room could use an extra blanket.

We choose this location because it was near the slopes. The room was big (we had an apartment with a double bed bedroom, a single bed bedroom and a living-room extendable sofa), the beds were comfortable, they have an espresso machine in the room but we didn't know, the breakfast was ok, basic stuff but enough quantity, the spa area was nice if you got there before 16:30 (when the chairlifts closed and everybody came back to the hotel), the personnel was helpful but it would be good if they would learn a little bit of English. You can rent ski equipment from the hotel and also they have a small bus that takes people to the slopes and back (we didn't use it and took our car because there are o lot of parking places there and the cost was 10 leva/day).

We stayed in one bedroom apartment and it was realy specious. The kitchen is fully equipped. SPA centar is great with nice temperature water of the pool. There was variety of meals for dinner.

The room has all the important facilities but personally I was missing in the kitchen the water heater and more plates, forks and etc. Probably because the season was weak small details such as missing toilet paper in the ground floor’s WC and not-working jacuzzi were on the place.

The place was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the spa center which has swimming pool.

The area in the SPA and around the swimming pool was constantly wet and the staff was strugging to keep the floors dry. A few people slipped.

That is the second time we come to this hotel for a short winter vacation and we even extended our stay with a day. It is very close to one of the ski lifts, lots of parking places infront the building. The hotel rooms and restaurant was super warm (we were walking barefeet and had to switch off the radiators) and so was the swimming pool. The water was perfect for our 5 months old baby. The staff was friendly and helpful; our apartment was very clean. We had half board - the food was not massively varied, every evening there were 4-5 dishes and salad bar to choose from and they were all very tasty and fresh. A good small selection of fruits and desserts.

No teapot in the room, just a coffee capsule machine with two coffee-bags for the whole staying. The pool is strange: underwater light doesn't work as like as hydromassage and the air ventilation is not in it's best. Breakfast is ok but coffee is horrible - seems it's the cheapest coffee at all. There is no native dishes available despite they are in the menu - no potatnik or pumpkin pie, no bannitza. There are no any nature view from the restaurant, that is sad.

I did like the location, not far from the ski spots (5 minutes by car). The hotel has free parking square across the road. The room was big enough, two rooms are separated. Clean and warm room.

There was many basic thing missing in the apartment like Iron, Hair Dryer, slippers, washing machine etc. Also Pamporovo center distance is quite far from apartment and there is no public transport. If you are having car then it's fine otherwise you have to take taxi.

We liked facilities like swimming pool, sauna, steam bath etc.

The place is far for walking distance to Pamporovo pubs in the dark unlit forest when no ski shuttle is working. The water on the pool was colder than expected. Waiters sometimes forgot our orders but otherwise were kind.

Close to the lowest point of the ski lift. Organized transport to it. The man in the ski wardrobe, Petyo, did magnificent job in servicing my ski and was really kind and funny.

The rooms are not very clean. The spa is in a very poor condition, also not clean and well maintained. It works only if you ask for it in advance. The elevator wasn't working in the day of our departure, so we took the luggage by hands for 4 floors.

The only thing i liked was that at the end of a 30 min discussion they have changed the room with double bed room.

Unordered, everything is dirty. We received towels with holes inside. The spa facility was half working, without a jacuzzi and a properly working steam bath. The pool loge guard was not watching the pool at all and in result is was a complete battle of kids jumping around in the pool, including their parents. Let’s not forget it is absolutely to jump in the pool. The room furniture was okay, however it was at least 10 years old and with broken parts all over the place. For instance, the bath cabinet was leaking water and you can’t lock the door in the bathroom. Moreover, the common area in the apartment had little trash on the floor including small pieces of food. On top of that we couldn’t lock the apartment door properly and we literally experienced every screaming kid in the hall every morning.

There was no friendliness from the staff. The rooms were spacious but old. The shower was leaking excessively, turning the bathroom into a pool after each use. We stayed for three nights, but there was no cleaning done, only the trash was taken out when we mentioned it. Considering these issues, the price was too high; I don't think we would stay again.

The location of the thesis wasn't bad. The breakfast was sufficient. There was limited variety in the dinner meals, but the food was delicious. The pool was warm and nice. The spa attendant was helpful. The rooms were spacious, and there was room for ski gear in the room.
