There was an issue with the booking for the first night of our stay, but the hotel arranged an alternative for us and we payed half the price.

shower was not working well. needs fixing

good location- just 8 minutes walk to Kapana district. the room was of good size and clean. the shower caused some problems as inexplicably it was pointing at the ceiling, so the water was washing the walls rather than pointing at you. definitely needs fixing. parking was on the street. hotel was quiet and bonus was we had a balcony with view of the hills.

The room and bathroom were rather small and a bit awkwardly appointed. Parking on the street was free, however the street itself was very steep, narrow and congested, so parking there was not great. The entrance to the street is also a bit awkward and one can easily damage their car.

The location is very central and within easy walking distance to the major local landmarks which is great. My stay there was mostly quiet.

Only the fact that they don't serve breakfast, only coffee. But they were kind enough to tell us where we can buy the best breakfast in the city.

The room was noisy. We were hearing the people that were located in the rooms around us.

The location was great. Just a few steps from the city center. There was also an old church and tower near the hotel. There street where the hotel is located can be used for free parking.

It was a little difficult to park, but the employee was very friendly and helped free up a parking.

Close to the main tourist attractions. Incredible view from the window. Very friendly reception.

There was a unpleasant damp smell when we opened the door to our room. It was as if no person had been in the room for a long time. The shower flooded the bathroom/ toilet and was in need of repairs. Generally grubby all round.

Location was ideal. Just a short walk to old town Plovdiv.

A refrigerator can be found in the room. The bathroom was not very clean, there were hairs on the sink. However, as a traveler, this is not a big deal for me.

The hotel door closes at 20:00, but a key is left for you so you can enter from the parking lot entrance. Hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is free parking in front of the hotel and this is very important.
