- they didn’t clean out rooms for 4 days - in the last day they put toilet paper and pick up garbage - in the beginning it was a mixt situation with rooms… they resolved it but it was necessary a discussion for that.

- the pool and spa area - reception staff were nice - furniture was new in the section of our hotel (the hotel is made from two parts, new and old building). - clean towels and sheets - parking in front or interior of the hotel, is very convenient - breakfast with few options (they repeat the dishes every day) but you find something to eat (fruit, cereal, eggs, meet, dairy)

The menu of the breakfast was poor, the coffee machine one of the days did not work. In the room we had a problem with the dampness of walls.

The only inconvenience we had was that there was no hair dryer in the room, so we had to go wet straight from the bathroom to ask for a portable hair dryer which turned out to be broken so we had to ask again for some other means for drying and eventually we dried our hairs with a blowing room heater.

The room was really lovely with a great view towards the very prominent historic landmark in Veliko Tarnovo- Tsarevets. By day and by night we had a spectacular view from our room window. The bed was very comfortable, the room was beautifully decorated. There is a roof terrace with free access where we really enjoyed staying and having coffee, looking at the great city and mountain views and even having a nap under the sky. The spa centre is very nice with very good sauna and steam bath along with the little swimming pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast was also very good!

The sauna had a fee if you wanted to use it, although the fact that on booking says it’s included. The breakfast wasn’t really good, but okish. Another problem I had was with the maid because she entered in our room when we weren’t there and left the door opened. We were lucky no one entered the room.

It was pretty clean, very good location and it had parking, which is important because in Veliko is very hard to find a parking space.

Maybe add a tee pot in the room and some instant coffee, as the breakfast opens at 8:00. Limited breakfast selection - for someone on a diet not so easy to choose. The spa room is small - when we tried to go there was a family with 3 kids and practically was "full". Anyway we went there to spend time in nature, so it wasn't so bad.

We booked 3 rooms - one deluxe (larger with town view) which were as expected - large enough for our needs. Confortable beds, two types of pillows (one soft, one hard), Very well situated - near fortress.

In the whole area looks like there is a problem with the parking spots. The hotel has both outside and underground parking, which is good. However, the inside parking is a little bit narrow and you need good driving skills to use it. It's great that there is a parking though, as the public parkings are a challenge in this city.

The location is great, central and near the palace and the best restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious. We've loved the bathroom - the relaxing music, the lights and all the amenities were exquisit. We've also enjoyed the spa and sauna. Very good and diverse breakfast. The staff was very friendly.

The hours for the spa is kinda little (till 8pm), we were on the first floor which was a little uncomfortable due to the fact that we had to use the curtains all the time, also some space for the wet clothes/towels will be much appreciated

The room was clean and comfortable. The bet and the pillows were really comfy. The breakfast was good. The location is just perfect - really near the Tsarevets fortress and quite near the center. The staff was very kind and helpful

It was a pleasure being there. And I have to give extra credit for being so responsible, because I forgot my wallet and they found it and kept it safe until someone took back (it was my choice to send someone after it). I'm grateful and thankful for the staff there.
