The breakfast was not so tasty and the food at the restaurant as well. They could use a bit more quality. What is more, the spa area could be free for the customers.

What I liked most is the fact that it’s around a forest and you can relax and come close to nature. I also liked that it had a restaurant and a spa area.

Since the complex is quite apart from everything, restaurant could offer more options. Breakfast starts quite late if you a business traveller and at least a coffe would be nice.

Nothing could have been better.

We had a great time at Utopia Forest Hotel! The rooms were very quiet, clean and stylish with great high-pressure hot showers. The restaurant staff were very helpful and kind, and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet and the Crema Utopia dessert! Reception staff went above and beyond to help us book taxis, as there was a language barrier for us. The masseuse was very knowledgeable and friendly. We would highly recommend a stay here :) Thank you to everyone!

The breakfast was a bit repetitive. While we had it included in our price, at 30 BGN I would expect more. There were quite a few wasps (during the day) and mosquitos (during the night) which detracted from the overall experience. While it's understandable due to the location of the hotel, I really think there should be some effort in reducing their numbers.

We only got a double room for the 2 of us and a baby, nevertheless the size of the room was quite adequate and we managed to enjoy the experience without any issues. The whole complex is well maintained and has a tranquil vibe. The beach bar is nice and the beach itself is surprisingly clean. As this is a remote spot, the restaurant was very important and I'm glad to say that the food and service are great. Overall highly recommended, though I would be cautious of the weekends as the restaurant is open for outside clients as well and it might become a bit noisier than usual.

The restaurant was missing stuff from the menu very often Low on ametidities (hair dryer, iron...). You can order from the reception but not available in the room. Breakfast was a struggle to choose as quite often stuff were missing From my view money to quality is on the low end

A fair distance from Burgas city and taxi ride there and back for day trips was expensive. Breakfast was average and the coffee not good.

The setting of the hotel in the forest is beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice and the food on the menu was tasty and good value.

Typos and spelling errors in every text around the place, both in Bulgarian and English - the instructions, the labels, the "Rate us" stickers. Furniture in the bathroom seems to have suffered damage from the constant moisture. Spots on linens and towels. The pool is quite small.

The place is really beautiful, with great ambiance and nice staff. Very clean and good customer care.

The spa is beautiful but 60 minutes can be too much. On the street to the beach, if you are just walking, there might be too many insects.

Even if the bus from the location to the beach was not working, the reception managed to give us private transportation.

Service was the major issue we had. In general the staff is polite, but they seam to lack training and procedures as there were mishaps and misunderstandings on every step, from confusion about our booking at checkin, through the breakfast buffet almost constantly lacking fruit, veg and other things, the beach shuttle not showing on schedule and us having to wait for a long time or call the hotel to ask for a pick up, to another confusion at check out, where we were almost charged for mini bar drinks we had not used.

Picturesque location in the middle of the forest not far from the beach. The hotel and villas design is modern and matches the surroundings perfectly. The food was really good and the beach bar was good too.

Service at breakfast early on the day we left was practically non-existent. Other days,later in the morning, great but not too quick to spark shortly after breakfast started.

Atmospheric location, beautiful free form pool, quiet at night. Good restaurant on site. Our room was very spacious and well equipped. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

You have to pay 7 bgn per umbrella and sunbed at the Utopia beach even though you are guests of the hotel, the spa is also 40 bgn per person for hotel guests. The kitchen at the villa had only butter knives (so cooking is challenging).

The staff in the hotel and at the restaurant were amazing! The vila was great and the beach was near by, the hotel has a shuttle bus that goes to the beach and back few times a day. The food at the restaurant was delicious! There is also a children's animation room at the hotel. Its very quiet and green, thankfully we had mosquito repellent, as there are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening when we relaxed on the patio. There were complementary gifts for the kids (cute bath sponges).

- the staff members of the restaurant are kind & the food is tasty, but food could be served a bit faster; - the Utopia Beach waiters seem to be very apathetic and lack of attitude and concern for customer comfort;

A hotel made with taste and love for the details. The atmosphere inside and outside makes the place look like an oasis surrounded by green and fresh forest.
