The accommodation is not only at the location mentioned on the booking. When we arrived, we were told that we had to climb a hill (quite steep) to reach another building where we stayed. It didn't bother us, but I would like to mention that you have to have a good command of the car to get to the accommodation and to drive back to the main street. The shower head was attached with scotch tape, and if we weren't careful and let the water flow too strongly, the water would come out and completely wet the entire bathroom, given the fact that there was no separate shower cabin, just a tap at the end of the bathroom. The balcony was excessively small. But on the other side of the building they were big and spacious, so I think it depends on luck.

The accommodation was fine, clean, worth the money. We were there during Easter, and yet everything was open in the area. The owners are very kind, and even if none of them know English, they have a small device for translation so we managed to understand each other without problems. The parking is ok, we found a place every time we returned by car to the accommodation. The accommodation had a separate door at the entrance to the building, for which I had a key, and the door could only be opened from the inside without a key, so it seemed very safe to me. The view is superb, you can see the city very nicely, especially in the evening when it is beautifully lit.

The bathroom was pretty basic and the not mixing hot-cold water taps kind of unconfortable.

The location was wonderful. The balcony was a big plus. Private parking place 200 m from the propriety was a nice surprise, in that crowdy touristic city center.

Very nice place in a very nice city, close to the old city center. Cars parked in a safe place. Nice owners. Very good price. Our room had a very nice view to the city. We stayed there one night on our way home, and it was perfect for that, as there are restaurants very close, and you can visit by a short walk some nice places as well. Rooms are airconditioned.

The hotel it is a bit too far from the main bus station and in that area there are not supermarkets which I found it really difficult if you want to buy some water at a fair price.

The hotel is in the city center and you can walk around very fast and discover the city. Just down the street, it is the main road with many restaurants and bars where you can choose.

The lady at front desk was completely inadequate. She sent me to another location but her explanation was terrible. She didn’t know street names and numbers and had no map. She must be doing this at least few times a day, I can’t understand how she didn’t have a map printed out with all the release locations marked.

The host is wonderful in terms of communication and willingness to help and he makes you feel very wellcomed. The room was sparkling clean. The parking is video monitored and the location is 5 minute walk away from the main street. We will stay at hotel Varusha every time when in Veliko Tarnovo

As the all town situated in mountain aria the secondary streets in the town are very narrow and paving stones are slippery.

Very responsive staff that helped us with finding the apartment. it is situated apart from the reception. Parking spot just under the balcony. Perfect place for overnight stay during a long trip. It's a perfect stay for a night for a group of friends or a family during your trip. We were traveling to Greece and Veliko Tarnovo were chosen for overnight stop and we were wasnt disappointment at all. in the morning views are awesom as you are surrended by mountains. just an advice for travelers - all local coffee and bakeries start to work from 8AM, so take your time and sleep well or just take a walk and enjoy views.

Everything was fine.

Nice, spacious room, very clean. The location was good, but a bit noisy in the morning, you could hear a lot from outside. We stayed for just one night during working days, so maybe it was an exception. The staff was very welcoming.
