No shampoo in the bathroom.

Perfect place to have a bed in very good location of the city. The price is very good. Internet connection was Modem is in the room, internet connection was good. The staff were very kind, always responded positively to our requests. Power went off in the city and immediately they brought us candle.

I am staying for a second time here and it was even better than the first time. It was super clean, everything smelled really nice, the bathroom was very clean, the bed was super comfy and there were complementary chocolates, water, coffee and tea in the room. Literally the best place I’ve stayed.

The toilet is private and just for you, but not inside the room, but outside in the hallway. Also the toilet was leaking a lot when you flush it, but other than that it was pretty clean and fresh.

It was super clean and cozy. Everything smelled good and fresh, and it was probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Kapana, Plovdiv. The house is not in the crazy and noisy part of the district, but on a more quiet street, which is preferred if you like to have a good quality sleep. The bed is comfy too. You have bottles of water, coffee and small chocolate bars in your room completely for free, which is very thoughtful! I would definitely recommend!

In the offer it was written "a Comfort type room with a shower", including private bathroom. It turned out that the bathroom was located outside the room in the corridor. It was also very small and shower was right next to the wc with no separation from each other which is terrible, as everything gets wet around. Also, the drain grate was stuck, so using a toilet/bathroom was a challenge after having a shower. The good side is that after a complaint we got a discount and got a different room the next day which met our expectations. The room number 2 should not be advertised as "with a private bathroom", so nobody is mislead and can make the right choice, according to his/her needs. The host tried to help and rewarded us for the inconvenience though, so it wasn't that bad at the end of the day.

The property owners forgot to share the password of the keylock with us. We had to ask the neighboring hotel owner to call the property owners for us. They didn’t pick up the phone. Also wouldn’t answer our messages in the Booking app. Later they called back (+40 minutes passed meanwhile)… we entered the property even though they told the neighbor we had to wait for them to call back because they didnt know which room. I figured out which room was ours because of the twin beds and balcony option. At night we were even told by booking that the property couldn’t host us! This was shocking and extremely disappointing. We replied that we were already in bed! My sister feared they property owners would come and kick us out. So yeah this was not very great… No apologies nor any communication whatsoever.. it’s bad. Also the wifi code written didn’t work. I was using the neighbor hotel’s Wifi with their permission. I wouldn’t stay here again

The location is really great. Beds are comfy. Just there’s no reception, also the bathroom and toilet is in the same tiny space outside of the room.

Room was very dirty, bathroom was dirty. There were a safe and when I open it I was shocked. Inside the safe I found a hair. It was like horor movie. The boiler was not turned on.

Smell from the bathroom. It is a house devided to 3 bedrooms. Some of of the bathrooms are out of the rooms. Needs refreshing.
