Some instructions on where to leave the key when no one is at reception and you are checking out would be good. Fluffy floor rugs looked a bit tired. Bathroom drains needed a clean. Instructions on water heater would be nice.

We only had one bath towel each which surprised us. Whether it was the hotel's policy or they missed it, we couldn't find out.

Venis Hause has a perfect location in the heart of Plovdiv city! The staff kindly waited for our arrival and check-in, for which we are very grateful! The room we stayed was large and clean with a private bathroom and balcony. Our stay was only one night but it was nice to have a rest outside in the afternoon enjoying the fig trees, adorned with ripening fruit.

There was a small confusion at the beginning, because for some reason they lost our reservation number, so we had to wait till they find it and then clean the room. plus it is written 500 m till ancient theatre and that's a bit 'not true. (more than that) and it was critical for us room is really small

We couldn’t connect our firestick to our tv!

I don’t understand the bad reviews. We had the deluxe double room and were very pleased. Internet was lightning fast, room was comfortable, location is ideal, staff is friendly.

The bed was squeeky and the carpets were really dirty. For parking. You have to be lucky to get a parkingspot. We were lucky. But I can imagine that during vaction period it is way harder to find one.

The location is really great. And the appartement we had, had an amazing balcony.

The WiFi was advertised, however we hardly got any in our room, TV was a bit outdated with a few channels, cleanliness could have been better (floor, carpets could have used hoover and I saw a few spiders hanging around :) ), the bathroom wall showed moisture as the drainage wasn't done very well. A door handle to the room was a bit loose.

We stayed in the property for one night only, the room was big, it had a very comfortable bed and pillows and a price was reasonable. Property is located walking distance to the city centre. Downstairs is a terrace with sofas and coffee automat.

Staff was never in the hotel. It says they clean everyday, yet our room was not cleaned once during our stay. There was no elevator. The room was not clean enough. There was a broken lamp in the bathroom, there was also mold.

The bed was comfortable and the location was perfect.

We were upgraded to an apartment when we had booked a double room - so a good start on arrival. Large apartment with two balconies and plenty of space in the living area. Comfy beds and good heating on a cold day. Quiet area of town but close to the center. Very good WiFi. Shops, ATM and restaurants very nearby. Excellent value for money.
