I specifically booked a room with a double bed. Instead we got 2 separate beds. When I went to ask at reception, the person explained how we booked “the cheapest room” and they don’t have double beds in them. After I asked if we can get another room since this is an important part of the booking, he quickly checked and answered there are none available. Window was left open so we had to take care of at peast 5 bugs that were inside.

Main issue was the poor effectiveness of the aircon. It was cooler outside than in the room. We had to resort to just keeping the windows wide open to try to cool the room a bit to sleep.

Room was a good size, and was well furnished, with a very comfortable bed and a large ensuite. It lacked some 'usual' items such as tea/coffee and hairdryer. We were happy with the room but unfortunately the a/c was poor and had no effect on the high temperature of the room at all, so we had to sleep with the windows open - luckily there was a sufficient breeze to cool the room a little. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed, I think due to it being near the end of the season? Breakfast was good but the lady serving does need some guidance in how she comes across to customers. Overall a good stay for a night but with some reservations.

Only that the rooms were a little bit too dark than expected. We had to use our own way to put some light in our room, so we can check our luggage.

I liked the calmness of the place. It gives the pleasant atmosphere to relax after the hard day.

Not very nice girl in restaurant in the hotel. My room on first floor very dark, Warna it is industrial city!!! Not very beautiful, l m disappointed

We didn’t like that the breakfast was as taking too long for serve (40min) because there was one person from staff on 5 tables and no one was helping him also the room didn’t have balcony. Also our sheets were not replaced for four nights.

We liked that the hotel has elevator and also the staff was really kind.

Excellent althogether, just one problem and that was that we only stayed one night! Breakfast was very good.

1) Location and price . It’s quite far and price is too high 2) Limited options for breakfast and water isn’t provided for free 3) They dint inform about use of mini bar and at the end we had to pay a lot which doesn’t make sense 4)in the website they mentioned room cleaning happens daily but in reality nothing like this. 5) They don’t change towel daily which is kinda weird when you come from beach.

Smells bad around anywhere. No ventilation working! Hard matress on the beds. Poor wifi speeds. Old TV which barley can watch to!

There was cockroaches. It wasn't the cleanest but not dirty per say. Night boy wasn't the most helpful but we settled on a new room rather than him hoovering the bugs up, in case it was too loud.

Less than 20 minutes from Varna. Big rooms. Cheap price. Huge showers. They changed our room when we found the cockroaches. Huge beds, biggest I've seen in person. Unique decor. Used Triumph taxis as they were the best and collected us from hotel to Varna

Just a detail - no towel hangers in the bathroom.

I really enjoyed this place! The room was huge and comfortable, it was dark enough and silent in the morning, so one can sleep longer if needs. Breakfast is good, you can choose from several options. I would definitely come here again.

The room had no air conditioning and there was a terrible smell from the drains in the bathroom. We complained and asked to be moved to another room but nothing was done Also my wife was bitten by bed bugs she had to sleep with her clothes on
