We stayed here for three nights and the room was cleaned the first morning we went out for a stroll, but the second one it was not cleaned at all (we were particularly interested in getting our garbage taken out as well as our coffee cups changed for the clean ones). I went downstairs to the reception to ask for a garbage bag to take trash out, but the staff seemed a bit confused by that. They offered me a garbage bag and when I asked to get a couple of coffee capsules for the next morning they did not have any available. I asked if I could come later and they said that was OK. When I arrived later, they seemed confused again. They gave us some coffee for the last morning of our stay.

We are a family of 3 (parents and a five year old) the restaurant was clean, situated on a fairly quiet street walking distance from the center. The reception staff were quite friendly and breakfast was great.

I was asked to move my car to another spot in the parking lot after I got to my room, although I got no instructions where to park when I got the key-card from reception. The soundproof of the room is not good. The pictures of the room do not make it clear, that there are no separate rooms for the bedroom and living area.

The bed was comfortable. Heated floor in bathroom. Breakfast was better than expected. Staff in breakfast room was very attentive.

The breakfast of the hotel was sufficient.it is a small hotel but very spacious, comfortable and most importantly very clean.it is in the centre but very quiet.the staff in charge during the day was especially interested.half an hour walking distance to the places to visit.definitely recommend.

Not direct on the Vitosha boulevard but we were already aware of it. 10 minutes of walking.

Enough space for three people. Clean and comfortable. The personnel was very helpful. Breakfast was good too.

Nothing, everything was great

Very modern hotel, big room, good quality of all decorations and furniture, 5 star hotel quality. Very well equipped room, everything new and super clean. Great to have a kitchen with a dining table, although you can order ready food in the room from the kitchen. Good breakfast: omelet, eggs, mushroom yogurt, cereals, fish, meat, nuts, various fruits and vegetables, fresh orange juice, nice coffee and good variety of tea.

The hotel has only 7 private parking spaces in a very small place. You need to make reservation in advance and pay extra cost. I advice not to park on the streets near the hotel - on our departure the police has blocked those streets and they were pickingup cars.

The Hotel is located near city center on a 10-15 minutes walk. The room was looking pretty, we had a good breakfast, the guy from the reception was very nice and helped us with all our requests.

Good location close to center, but on a quiet street. Private indoor parking , but a bit tight and suitable for experienced drivers only. Good breakfast, many options to choose from ( we have stayied only one night)

Staff can be better trained, being there with business I lost alot of time on the check-out.

Nice room, big and very clean. Also the amenities are great, there is even an espresso machine in the room. There is also a small balcony, in case you need to smoke.
