Our stay was really exceptional! We were impressed for the ability of our host to ensure the pleasant stay upfront with the most thorough detail! The place is remarkable with the interior (mainly wooden, vintage and in the same time - functional), cosiness and cleanliness. There is a flexibility in hours to arrive/departure without any concern.

The kitchen is small and not very comfortable. No baking oven, no kettle. No bath tubes, taking a shower is pretty inconvenient.

The bathrooms are a bit small and the shower is not separated, so when you take a shower, all the bathroom floor is wet.

The bedrooms are big and comfortable, the small garden is nice and you can use de bbq is the weather is good, the kitchen, although small, is more of less well equipped.

Excellent property - clean, with traditional atmosphere and attention to detail. The hosts thought about everything - cute little garden with a barbecue corner, both bedrooms with separate bathrooms, a coffee machine and some treats - coffee, fruit and coke/mineral water. Real home away from home and a gateway to the mountain.

The villa is in a very nice place in Sapareva Banya. The owner Krasi is very accurate and friendly and he left for the guests very tasty grapes. The villa has everything you need for stays and pleasant weather in nature. There is a wonderful yard with BBQ, everything is clean, two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a beautiful dining room if the weather is not suitable for relaxation in the yard. A beautiful place if you want to visit the Rila Lakes. I recommend and will gladly visit again

1. Old windows In case of torrential rain the water is slipers beneath the main window for the living room. 2. Second bathroom Both bathroom don't have any water protection. In case of usage of small one the result is that the bathroom cannot be used at all. 3. WiFi Relly poor bandwidth on the internet.

Me and my family stayed in the villa on our way to Rila lakes. It’s a fabulous location, juts short drive to the lift and offers stunning views of the mountains, too! It was an absolute bliss! The rooms are spectacularly decorated in the spirit the of Bulgaria, the garden and the BBQ area add up beautifully to the feeling of relaxation and coziness. Every little detail is well thought serving it’s purpose and looking amazingly pretty, too! The host was very helpful and welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised to find icy cold drinks in the fridge and spirit-lifting coffee ready for us after the long drive in the heat! We had a fabulous experience and cannot recommend Villa 111 high enough! The perfect place for your holiday or long weekend! Thank you so much!

The entry instructions were clear, the house was clean and organised, the owner left us coffee capsules and tea bags.

2nd bedroom wasn't available at first, but quickly solved after call with owners. Heaters had difficulty getting the place warm.
