Excellent location right by the sea and with the most beautiful infinity pool! The house was immaculate and the staff were very polite and kind!

Hotel does not have POS for reservations, probably to save money from paying the fee to the CC companies and also probably to avoid paying full amount of tax. So, if you book in advance through Booking.com, be prepared to either pay via bank transfer, which will cost you extra ( I paid $50 USD to the bank to process) or to bring them a bag with cash when you check in!! Point is, I was not happy about the situation!

Place is well taken care of with beautiful views. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

Absolutely amazing location - in the old town with infinity pool overlooking the Black Sea . Immaculately clean . Breakfast was delicious both mornings and the staff were so attentive…we wanted for nothing!

It was a shame the restaurant was not open in the evening but plenty of places to eat nearby. Sunbeds could be improved with a mattress.

It’s not the property’s fault but there was loud music every night up until 4AM coming from the night clubs across the bay. This is something Sozopol municipality should act upon since the old town is not traditionally known for night clubs and noise.

The value for money is great. Considering it’s located in the old town of Sozopol where only traditional houses are found (no big hotels), in the best area up the hill and overlooking the entire bay, being the only property with a pool, with huge yard, and considering the price compared to other properties nearby, you will easily forget the rooms are not the biggest or the most luxurious. Huge plus was the availability of a parking spot right in front of the property.

Directions to property. Very difficult to access property and to find it. VERY difficult to park the car. Quite hard work carrying the suitcases to the car and then up all the stairs to the second floor.

The villas had a beautiful view over the bay and the tables around the pool were lovely.

Overall it was great but didn’t enjoy the wet room and towel change every other day. Would have preferred a shower cubicle.

Just a couple of suggestions: upgrade your food menu and sound isolation. Night time it can be noisy but it is nothing to do with the property. Maybe the council could do something about it.

The view is amazing! Location is great. Amazing atmosphere. You are in the heart of the Old City. Some really nice restaurants in the area. Had a really good stay. Staff kind, Petya doing a great job and very chatty. Helped us a lot with info.

The indoor part of the restaurant area cannot be used as such because it is cluttered, also the bar area does not look very clean. It's also a pity that the restaurant offers only few foods and closes in the afternoon, although I think this is intentional to not have a noisy restaurant disturb the hotels guests.

I have stays here before. Since then, the rooms have been renovated and the furniture updated. Great view from the terrace. The pool is a unique feature and the main reason we stayed here.

Bathroom was on the small side, some of the balconies have steps which may be tricky for little kids.

Not fault of the hotel, but good to know. Please make sure you bring ear plugs. Despite being in the old town, sound travels from the near by beaches where there is a party every night from 11pm to 5am with very loud techno/trance music.

What a lovely gem. Such beautiful garden/pool/terrace area with beautiful views. Staff were helpful wherever they could. Would recommend this place.

I pre-booked 5 months before our dates and requested specific rooms. Later on, when I enquired if the rooms I've requested have been allocated for our party, I was told it was too late and these rooms have already been taken, ignoring that my request was from February not from now. Anyways we still had great time

The location is great, the place itself isn't big but is comfortable and very good value for money.
