Everything, one of the best stays we've ever had and we go away 5-6 times a year. Room comfort, breakfast, cleanliness, staff. If there was one thing I could fault the stay on, it might be the weather but not the hotel!!

Amazing place! I've stayed many times in Plovdiv but this was the best! Location is excellent in the middle of everything, The rooms are comfortable clean and the beds are great. Breakfast was amazing, parking was easy which is not usual in the old city. Stuff was super helpful and nice. The hotel has a lot of atmosphere, antiquities and interesting private tour. Highly recommended!

This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in Bulgaria. The ambiance is top knotch. From the Italian inspired art, to the partially uncovered ancient Roman bath in the ground floor to the room decor, everything is excellent and done with a taste. The staff was incredibly friendly, answered all questions, helped with the parking (private parking around the corner) and even provided a mini tour of the archeological site and the history of the city. The rooms were large and clean. We traveled with a baby and the getting in and out with the pram was no problem. The breakfast was excellent. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to Plovdiv.

Just a recommendation - the breakfast could be in a separate space and not in the lobby. Otherwise, everything was just perfect!

Firstly, we were personally met by the hotel staff at the parking and were assisted with our bags. We entered the amazing lobby of hotel Villa Flavia in an old-fashioned stlye and were greeted with a complimet of local glass of wine. Surprisingly for us we were gifted a specially branded bottle of local red wine which was so nice! The hotel's atmosphere is amazing - every detail is considered, everything is brand new and clean, there is a quiet music which makes everything very delighful. :) Underneath the hotel there are some ruins which are preserved and the staff is heppy to explain to you the story behind them and take tou around. The staff was extremely polite and always ready to help you with everything. The rooms are very spacious, clean and with very high quality interior. I think that the rooms are sound proof because it was so quiet! There is an inside yard with cute tables and chairs where you can have your breakfast or a drink and a rooftop terrace to chill out. The breakfast was very good with high quality products and some home made delights and freshly squeezed juice! The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the Kapana district in Plovdiv which is full of restaurants, bars and small streets to have a stroll. Nevertheless, the hotel is very quiet. I am truly surprised and impressed with the hotel, the services and the staff! I strongly recommed it to everyone staying in Plovdiv. :)

This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are designed in a very nice elegant way. Everything is immaculately clean. The little garden at the back is beautiful and cozy. The rooftop is specious and offers beautiful views of Plovdiv and the mountains. The breakfast is very well presented with different choices.Food was delicious! The staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Stella in particular was excellent! The bonus was the historical tour of the hotel, which was very interesting and we had the pleasure to meet the owner of the hotel. If you would like to have a unique, beautiful experience full of history and comfort this hotel is the right choice! This was one of the best hotels we have ever been. Absolute pleasure and we will be back! Thank you for the lovely stay!

A fantastic little jewel of a hotel. We just loved everything about it. The charming Constantine's guided tour of the amazing historical finds beneath the hotel was an added extra bonus. Please go, you will have an amazing time.

Location is perfect. The staff is very helpful, supportive and friendly. Room is clean and new refurbished, we had a balcony, very nice touch. Breakfast is tasty with good coffee. In general we are Very happy with our stay and Recommend the hotel.

Everything was absolutely fantastic; stay, hospitality, the history, the location. The only drawback was that the TV channels were not understandable due to me being a foreign traveller and not knowing any Bulgarian. Smart TV can be an option. There were so many positives that this minor thing I'm hesitant to add.

This is a very special hotel with antique remaining from Roman times in the basement. Absolutely worth the visit! The rooms are very nicely decorated with special attention to details.
