Everything was wonderful. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The rooms are big, the staff is very kind. From the apartment on the third floor you can see the sea, both from the three terraces and from the rooms. I will definitely come back!

The cleaning in room is very undistinguished. The breakfast is very simple but fresh.

The villa has great location, just nearby the sand beach. The owner and stuff are very pleasant, ready to help, very customer-oriented. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, the kitchen has all necessary stuff. There’s no privat parking but hotel block some places for their guests near the building. Fresh breakfast.

Perhaps the only thing we didn't like is that we had two separate connected beds instead of a double one.

The location is great, just 1min walk to the beach. Close to all types of shops and restaurants. The check in and check out was very smooth. The room was large and well equipped. We highly recommend the place!!! :)

One of the shower cabin's doors was missing and there was a shower curtain to replace it. I think it's a good idea to solve the problem but for this kind of hotel it is unacceptable. We like to go to breakfast after 9;00. Unfortunately, some of the food was gone and it wasn't replenished (it was the case with pancakes and scrambled eggs). The pillows were too low for our taste.

Our one-bedroom apartment was on the third floor, room 33. We had two balconies - one for the bedroom and the other for the kitchen/living area. We were able to see part of the sea only from the bedroom balcony. The problem is the new hotel that has been built in front of the Villa Livia. I think you'll get a better sea view if you have room 32. We liked everything in the apartment - the kitchen, the sofa-bed, the mattresses, the two A/Cs in both rooms. The breakfast was nice but the coffee machine wasn't an espresso machine. It was with instant coffee. If you would like real espresso you had to order from the bar. Parking is a bit difficult. You have to look for a space on the street. We easily found one close to the hotel because we arrived early afternoon on Friday.

The view of the sea - actually a view of the wall of the neighboring hotel, but if you twist a little - you can see the sea =) A little noisy - there are two restaurants downstairs, so we had to close the window at night. Internet is stable, but not too fast (about 5-7 mbps)

Great location, but about the sea view - I can say that the sea can be seen at some angle =) Breakfast is 8/10, but to be fair - for this price it's very good. The room is clean, the hotel has an elevator (rare here), the beach is within walking distance (it's a little away from the hotel, but close enough) The hotel staff was friendly, helped us check in, and we were also able to leave our suitcases for a half day after checkout.

There isn't something we didn't like, but if I'm to pick something they can improve on I'd say it's the coffee offered for breakfast (to have a proper espresso machine).

Our apartment was at first floor and aside from it being large, it also had a long balcony that span across one side of the apart-hotel which was really nice. Kitchen was well equipped and had all the utensils you might need. The cleaning staff was so kind to even do the dishes when we left them for later. Breakfast was good and the ground floor bistro it was served in looks stylish, it's cozy and had great soft music playing in the background. I especially liked the jams they were offering for dessert.

We had a very pleasant stay at this location. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms look great and have all the amenities to make you feel comfortable, and cleanliness is impeccable. The location is very close to the sea, restaurants and shops. The restaurant looks lovely, tastefully decorated, and the breakfast food is diverse and tasty. I would be delighted to return anytime. I highly recommend this place.

The blinds in our apartment were a little bit difficult to pull up and down, but it was not a big deal - we succeeded to use them properly with a little bit more effort. The previous guests in the apartment probably smoked in the room, even though it was forbidden to smoke inside, because the smell of cigarettes from the furniture could be felt for days. But this has nothing to do with the hotel - it was caused by the irresponsibility of the previous guests.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. It is easy to see that the owner is maintaing it with taste and much love. Very polite and kind staff, including the Ukrainian chambermaid ladies who don't speak Bulgarian, but did their best to provide us with everything we needed during our stay. Very comfortable mattress and there waa a variety of pillows in the wardrobe, so everyone could choose their best option. Breakfast was rich and healthy. I would definitely recommend the place to friends and family.

A dream stay. Apartment with sea view equipped with everything you need. Very good breakfast, consistent and diversified with fruit, pastries, sausages, cheeses, etc. Mrs. Livia and the child some exceptional people attentive and jumping with customers as if you are part of the family. Distance to the beaches 50 m. In exceptional conclusion.
