Impressively clean and well designed property close to the Kavatzi beach. Nice sea views and swimming pool/ BBQ areas. The hotel offers free guest parking which is rare for Sozopol. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there and plan to return. Recommend highly

Тhere is no breakfast in this hotel, however each room has a fridge, coffee machine and tea pot. It' s 5min walk until nearest breakfast places and they are excellent all around.

It is a pity that there is no kitchen and breakfasts, I had to go to the nearest hotel "Goldfish" for breakfasts and lunches.

We had a beautiful rooms on the second floor overlooking the sea, the youngest son slept on an additional sofa, an iron with an ironing board was in a closet in the hallway. The cleanliness is wonderful, linen change every day. You could drink tea while sitting on the balcony. The pool is clean and not cold. Pillows were provided free of charge to the sun loungers.

Hard to find something, probably the bathroom could have used a shower cabin to prevent splashing water everywhere.

Amazing location, far enough from the bustling life of central Sozopol, but close to the beach and services for a relaxed walk in the morning. There were plenty of parking spaces, pool area was quiet and nice. The room was big, full of light and cool, with just the balcony door open, despite the heat wave. Staff was nice and we even had a fire drill, they moved well.

The first great impression was the friendly staff (owners?) who greeted us at the enterance of an impeccably clean lobby. The room was following the same standard of cleanliness I haven't seen anywhere else, along with a seaview! The beach Kavatsite was just a stonetoss away, and the location was just perfect because it was in a very quiet part- but not very far from the main city/street which was a pleasant walk away. Their pool kept the same standard as well - 10/10. I could go on, but I'll wrap it up by saying it has definitely been the best value for the money stay I have experienced so far anywhere in the world..!

Villa Mia is a great place to stay at the Black Sea, if you like quiet places and don't mind not being in the center of town. The room we had was very comfortable with balcony and some sea view. It was very clean (cleaned every day) with working air conditioning and WiFi. There is a pool, where you can relax with sun beds around. It is about 10 minutes walk to Kavatsite beach, which is nice, long and sandy (though in high season can be a bit crowded). Also Lidl is in a walking distance. We also used to go to Sozopol on foot, which is about 2 km, but you can also take a taxi or go by car. In front of the villa there is a parking. That was perfect stay, we loved being there at the villa. I really recommend this place

Everything was more than perfect! The location is very convenient and the area is quiet. The owners were very kind and helpful. Everywhere was spotless clean. The studio was really great, spacious with a nice view. I highly recommend it and definitely I will visit it again!

Everything was super clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned daily, which was super nice. The location was also really good - 10 min walk from Kavatsi beach, the town center was about 30 mins on foot, which was also quite okay! The pool was a lot bigger than we thought, so we had a couple of nice pool days - they also sell coffee, beer, and some non-alcoholic drinks at reception, which was really convenient! The hosts were really friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend!

The owners and staff were friendly and very flexible with check in and check out times. The room was sparkling clean and a daily clean was performed. The rooms were equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Can confidently say I would stay here again.
