The pool had no water which was disappointing.... We were at end of ski season so maybe that's why....

Great apartment for our family. Clean, well equipped, regularly was given new loo rolls. For the price we couldn't ask for anything more. Walk up to main lifts was fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice little bar with a good hot chocolate and prices about half that of rest of Borovets!

The towels were very old, the sheet was quite small for the size of the bed and the bathroom door did not close very well.

The matras was a bit old and bumpy, the couch and chairs had really horrible stains (I would not want to sit on the couch). The main light switch did not work and she shower floor's elevation was not towards the drain which means water flows away from the drain (imagine you blow your nose in the shower and where it stays). I also could hear the conversation of the English girls in the next room quite clearly.

The studio was good value for money, good pool table and bar and the staff was lovely!!

This time the bed wasn't very comfortable at all, and there wasn't any brush so we could clean the floor.

Always stay here, staff are friendly short walk to the centre for skiing. Rooms are a good size with everything you need.

The place wasnt thoroughly cleaned before we came in. There was leftover food in the fridge which smelled awful. The bed is not comfortable at all.

Not much to like. The place was warm and good enough for one night. sleep. The staff was nonnenglish speaking but yet they did everything they could to communicate and find us a parking spot.

Ideally would have liked a bedroom rather than both beds in the living area. Probably me been lazy but the walk up the hill was tiresome too haha.

Helpful staff and pool table was nice. Quick and easy checking we allowance to make last minute changes. Communication before the trip was excellent too.

The bar and restaurant area are quite basic. There are not enough parking spots for all hotel guests - you park on a first-come, first-served basis. The heater was making noise at night. The sofa was a bit old.

The amenities are good and adapted to the price. Convenient and quiet location, but not central. The room was clean. If you don't need a fancy, this place is good.

The heating system made a very loud noise, so much so that I couldn't sleep so I had to unplug it every night. Luckily it was warm enough without. The shower was lukewarm for the first two days and then scalding hot for the last two days - could not seem to get a decent temperature.

The bed was so comfy! The apartment was warm, spacious for two of us and a nice 10 minute walk into the centre of town. We hardly had any contact with staff but this didn't bother us. We ate out so didn't use the kitchen facilities.

there were no parking slots available, despite the fact they have some in front of hotel - so it was really full.

Room was very convenient for our 1 night stay for Musala climb. They have comfortable beds, it was clean, they are equipped with fridge and cooking station. We just spent couple of hours sleeping, so we didn't use it too much. As far as we remember from last year, they have a restaurant as well, and it was pretty decent.

I belive they have more locations. The rooms were very cold, with very cold bathrooms and the blankets were good enough for kids, not adults.

A well located structure. Designed as apartments with an all you need type of ideea. Clean place. A helpful staff in the reception.
