You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

My employee arrived at 20:30hrs and the staff were very accommodating. No issues providing a meal at such a late arrival time. He departed at 03:00hrs and was offered a takeaway breakfast as he left long before breakfast was served.

quiet neighborhood, clean place with parking and nice staff. Affordable price. I stayed during the autumn, and it was quiet, i am not sure how is it during the summer, because there are pools and a water park and probably lot of children come to play

LuxembourgI booked the room with only 2h before arriving around 10.00 pm at the location. Vanina, the location manager speaks good English and did a GREAT work organizing a late (vegan) dinner for me. The food was excellent at reasonable prices. While checking out early next morning, I realized there is a decent size aqua park on the property - something to take advantage of during the hot summer days to come.

I had booked and received confirmation then, 6 hours before I set off for the airport, they sent an email saying”sorry we have no room”. Nothing else!!! I messaged back that they had confirmed my room and I would contact my Solicitor. Then they asked me to change dates I said I couldn’t. After they saw I intended taking legal action, they said “ you can have room”. Again, nothing else, no explanation nothing. On my return to UK I intend taking this further. So beware, you might not have the room you had confirmed. They broke their contract. You just can’t treat people like this. Shame on you.
