Everything was great, new and clean stylish hotel with own parking. The sea beach 2 min by foot from the hotel. It’s public, but was nice and clean with beautiful seaside.

Perfect place to spend a vacation. Rooms are very cozy and have enough space. Everything is new and the stuff is very helpful and kind. I loved that they speak very well English their attitude is client oriented and the room is very delicious and varied. Lots of things to do and the cocktails are amazing! Amazing and very stylish hotel! Rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful, polite and friendly. There is a variety of food and drinks, entertainment programs, swimming pools. We had an amazing holiday at Voya Resort and definitely recommend it!

- the shower was always overflowing and almost got in the room. We needed 2 or 3 towels just to keep in the water - the watermelon was sometimes stale and sticky and on our last day both me and my husband had food poisoning.. we suspect something we ate at the snack bar. Luckily our 1 year old was ok. - it’s too bad they don’t have their own beach or at least some umbrellas, it’s hard to stay in the sun with a child so we only stayed for short period of times.

- we loved how the receptionist received us. They gave us a map of the hotel which was very helpful and you knew where everything was from the beginning. Our child even received a toy 😊. - the room was big and clean, and we also liked the design of the entire hotel. - the food was ok, a lot of choices, - we loved the baby food section, a lot of options throughout the day - the baby pool was very welcomed, but it was very cold in the morning - there is a small beach next to the hotel, not very crowded - the staff was very friendly and helpful

While our stay was nearly flawless, we'd like to offer a suggestion for improvement. The sports bar, while fantastic, turns off TV broadcasts at 11:00 p.m. This can be a slight inconvenience for sports enthusiasts who wish to catch late-night games or broadcasts.

It is a new complex, very clean and well-kept. The food is delicious, large space (even with a large number of guests, you will find a place in the restaurant, or to rest and relax). The hotel offers many attractions. and activities Close to the beach, about 10 minutes to Sunny Beach and half an hour from the airport. The bar is open 24 hours a day, all drinks are included in the price, even the top ones. Good Wi-Fi range, 24/7 service, currency exchange office, well-equipped hotel shop, swimming pool and slides, several restaurants and bars. Beautiful view of the sea and Nesebar.

The pool and even the inside one which was supposed to be heated were very cold.

The dinner at the blanca restaurant wasn't great. We've waited a long time for our meals, the staff wasn't as kind as the staff at the hotel and the food wasn't great like we've aspected.

The facilities were very clean & tidy, the food was very tasty and a lot of variety. The staff was very kind & plesent. The bars were great and we enjoyed the all included.

The only thing not great here is the small beach close to the hotel. For a fine experience on the beach, we went to Sunny beach, 3 km away.

The hotel is amazing, rooms are nicely furbished, very clean. Especially the common spaces are excellent. Very large restaurant, snack bar, there were crowded during the meals, enough pools and sunchairs for everybody. The food is great, the kids enjoyed the snack menu. The evening entertainment was much appreciated.
