All good, maybe - maybe a little more attention to cleanliness in the room, but nothing that would bother us too much.

Very nice hotel, good food and friendly staff. The hotel is modern, located right on the seashore, in an isolated area. This can be good for persons than prefer quiet. For a couple of nice days with relaxation, the hotel is very good. Pomorie is at 20km distance and can be visit.

If I really had to add something here I would say that hotel staff seemed a bit stressed at times but I think that was because they were extremely busy!

Huge variety of food and drinks for both kids and adults. Recreational facilities were second to none! gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, water slides. Entertainment team were really good as well.

In the evenings some rooms can be very noisy from the evening entertainment events The children's entertainment in the day and evening can be improved. The club was open very short hours and the stuff in the evening can be improved.

The hotel was amazing! Amazing food, fucilities and stuff. The cleaning team was amazing, the room was very clean all the time.

It’s not worth booking airport transfer from the hotel because reception forgot to take us from airport and they charge more than normally taxi costs in the street. There was no background music in the pools zone for relax mood. Paper cups in pool and beach bar.

Everything was great - very clean rooms, amazing variety and quality of food, spacious pools zone for only adults, beach with dark sand but there is everything you need and the sea is ok, etc.

The food is not so delicious as it looks like. The glass doors were not clean, there were fingers on them. There was hair on the floor. The pools are cold.

The restaurant is perfectly arranged, the variety of food is amazing. The room is big enough, interesting interior. The massage was wonderful!

Our room seems were not vacum cleaned or brushed properly all over 7 days. I was waiting every next day a huge dust on the floor to be removed and finally i did it by myself.

The stairs that lead to the water slides, the lack of access to the a la carte restaurants if you stay less than 7 days. Should be included anyhow in my opinion.

Filter coffee was only available for breakfast. In general, the lack of filter coffee in a hotel with such good service is a great shortcoming. I added hot water to the long espresso, but it tasted so bad.

Varieties at breakfast were good. different kinds of cheese offered interesting flavors. Sauna services were really good. The services in the bars at the pool side were good.

SPA could be more proactively maintained as we had more than a few cases where either one of the saunas or the steam room was not operating and they had to be notified to restart it.

Very large room. Open concept for bathroom doors was a bit strange but otherwise clean and spacious. Loved the private outdoor pool. Instead of having many separate small pools, it is a shared 100m pool that is ideal for morning/afternoon swims.

I like everything.

My husband and I had a beautiful stay at the Wave Resort Hotel in May. The hotel is very spacious with many places, both inside and outside, to relax. The hotel is located in a very nice quiet location with direct access to the sand beach. The food was excellent (really) and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has great spa facilities, including many different types of saunas. In addition, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus that runs daily to Pomorie. There you can visit the salt museum and watch birds through binoculars. I highly recommend to visit this hotel.

We opted for a premium side sea view room as the standard side sea view room we had last year were all taken. Sadly we considered this room inferior compared to last years standard room. The food options were repeated more this year so often the same food was at both lunch and dinner. Breakfast was great, although they could have had mushrooms and the nice mini Danish pastries like they did last year.

This is our second time staying at Wave Resort and there has been some improvements since last year such as the free parking onsite and updated lounge beds in the Adult zone. The food was plentiful and wide selection of choice for all tastes however the options were repeated more regularly than last year which was a shame. The lunch snack bar outside seemed to have more choice this year which is good.

This is nitpicking, so not as bad as it sounds. Worst thing was the spotty WiFi and frequent outages thereof. The beds were a bit soft for our liking, but not completely uncomfortable. The buffet didn't blow me away, nor the drink selection anywhere other than the lobby bar (I mean would it kill you to have a gin bottle next to the rakia and vodka? Tonic's right there! ;) ). It was chilly - obviously not the hotel's fault! - but it rendered the pool directly outside the room completely useless. Would have been nice if it were heated like some of the other outdoor pools, so we could fully enjoy the semi-private pool we paid extra for.

The view was amazing, food at the a la carte restaurant was amazing, buffet was ok, well equipped gym and wonderful spa (best pedicure I've ever had, highly recommend!). The room was big and spacious. Very clean and the maid's timing was always spot on. The area is gorgeous! It wasn't very crowded when we were there but I imagine even when it is you wouldn't feel it that much because the hotel's compartmentalized in a clever way. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful.
