WiFi on the third floor was horrible. The person who walked me in to the room took one of the pillows away and left me with only one. Cash paiements only.

Room is in an attic which means i bumped my head a few times.. the shower didn't drain wel and the shower head was low.. there were not enough hot water and the toilet didn't flash at some point

I didn't like that we were moved to another building. The room was okay so we decided to stay. The problem was with the bathroom. In the bathroom one of the walls is just windows, some of them were covered but some weren't and if you take a shower for example people from the building next to us can see you which is not nice.

It was quiet, the beds were comfy and it was clean.

Very good option for staying over night or two in the town. The room and bath are very clean and functional, and the bed is super comfort for perfect sleep.

The property is very conveniently located. The room was spacious and clean, we had a small fridge and tv. The host was very helpful, responded quickly, gave us tips about parking, dining and sightseeing. I would love to visit again.

The dogs sometimes woke me up during the night or in the afternoon. The walls do not stop sound so you can hear other people in the house.

The place is near most hot spots in the city.

Unfortunately, being as cheap as it is, the place is apparently used to accommodate work crews. The guests smoke everywhere, so everything smells of stale smoke. On one of our two nights there they also had a party, and loudly shouted late into the night.

The location is great, central, just a short walk from the Old Town. The room is quite large.

It was dirty, uncomfortable. The room smelled bad. There were no bed protectors under the sheets. The pillows were extremely old and bumpy.

It's an office converted into a sleeping room, light came in from the window during the night (street lights) and even worse sunlight in the morning because the courtains are office courtines (and a part of them was also broken).

Even though we had a confirmation from Booking our hotel was cancelled last minute. When we got to the property we were told that the room was already occupied, so they did not have space to place us. Horrible service, this is the reason the small villages in Bulgaria do not have tourism, because you can not rely on the realtors.

This room is a dump! Clogged dirty water drain. It's actually one room that's been split into two. Very thin walls. You can hear all the noises from the next room (including those from the bathroom and toilet). The flat screen TV is a joke (15" or less, and didn't work). WiFi didn't work. The electric kettle didn't work either.

There was no privacy in the triple room's bathroom. One large window right in front of the shower without any type of shower curtain or other type of privacy. That was the biggest issue. In the double room there was an awful smell of old cigarettes smoke which lead to causing trouble sleeping. Even for the low price I still won't recommend this place.

It wasn’t really clean, the bed was quite uncomfortable and the mattress was torn apart at certain spots. There was nowhere to hang the shower head which basically made it impossible to take a shower.

We`ve booked 2 rooms and at the end owner moved us to single room with shared toilet without any information/confirmation from our end. We`ve arrived really late and haven`t time to move to the other location.
