We checked in at like 5-6:00 PM and it was dark outside. The receptionist explained to us where the room is located, because it was in another building, but we could not find it the first time and we had to go back to ask again. It would have been better if someone came with us and showed us in which building exactly should we look in, because there were several entries. It was cold outside so I presume that the staff did not want to get cold :).

The hotel has an amazing view and nice campus. Everything is cozy and it makes you feel relaxed and restful. The spa area is not big, but it is enough for the hotel size (I think). Overall impression is great.

The second hotel building connection to the spa was open, meaning after massages or the spa you walk out into the cold and rain. It would be good to have a closed warm connection. It would be good if families with small children could come only during certain parts of the day to allow peace and quiet in the spa

Initially we were accommodated in a building separated from the main building with the SPA, having no direct connection to the SPA. We were not even aware that this is possible. Luckily, it was Sunday and there were free rooms, so we were moved to the main building, but it happened when we explicitly asked for this. Got an eye infection most possibly from the water.

Staff is uninterested with few exceptions. Need proper motivation, look for examples in different countries... again typical for Bulgaria, lack of observable management and maintenance. It's a new hotel and even still there are visible simple things that need a handymans touch.

The whole complex is done with so much taste and eyr for detail, it is just a pleasure to wonder around and admire. The spa has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay to the fullest. The restaurants offer an amazing choice of tasty traditional dishes. For the kids (and not only) there is a petting zoo with soo many lovely donkeys, lamas, alpacas and even a camel.
