Service is awful, stuff is extremely grumpy and NOBODY SPEAKS ENGLISH. And when you talk to staff in English their faces are so not satisfied. About spa. Lady in the spa reception flying in the sky, also no English. We asked if it’s possible to make exfoliation, she told us no, then another lady came out of the door with cigarette in her hands and first one asked her if she does exfoliation, she told yes. That’s weird that receptionist doesn’t know which master does what. The space in the pool and sauna area also left us some question, there is no proper navigation between areas and we like stupid went always around through reception. Saunas were really so so. Also HAIRDRYERS. Are you kidding me? It’s a spa hotel and hair dryers are like from last century, I needed to use two simultaneously just to dry my roots and it took me 15minutes!!!!!! When outside is -1, are you okay? You are a spa and good hair dryer is essential. The design is only thing that made us feel not bad by choosing the place. Please, reconsider your employees or manage to inspire them to be more friendly, to know words like towel and robe or pay them more money, because there was totally no any even slightest feeling of warm welcoming. NOT COMING BACK AND DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR PEOPLE WHO LIKES TO FEEL WELCOMED IN SPA HOTELS.

The design of the room is really sweet and cosy. I think this is only one plus of the place.

The food wasn’t nice at all. The Chukara restaurant was ok, but the one inside the hotel wasn’t, the food wasn’t fresh.

The hotel as itself was nice and comfortable with beautiful view. The spa was clean and nice too.

The attitude of the staff was unpleasant, unfriendly and unprofessional. Totally ruined the over-all good first impression that we got from the design of the property. Unfortunately cleanliness of the room was as well pretty poor - dust behind the tray with the coffee and stains on the faucet in the bathroom.

The design of the property is beautiful. Spacious rooms, modernly furnished lobby and SPA.

Room temperature was too high, too hot in the whole building and it was 26+C hard to sleep. We asked to vacuum the floor of the room, the staff saw there was an empty bottle of wine and they changed it which was great but at the same time they did not change the glasses which were used. There were dirty towels which were not picked up. If you ask for only a vacuum and you start doing other stuff just do it right, it's clear the staff is young and requires a bit of training and supervision for a 4 star hotel. Same is valid for getting the staff to clean a bit of the snow and ice around outside. In the pool you can clearly see it needs a bit more effort to clean the side of the pool as when you lean on the edge you see it's dirty. In the hotel restaurant when it's full they can also think about some panels for noise reduction as it get's pretty loud in there. The old tavern is great right below. It's an amazing place and this was our second stay, we'd rather go there again as it's an amazing and peaceful location for an awesome value for money.

Breakfast is simply amazing and food is fresh and available throughout. Location and View is great, the wine tour as well as the food at the restaurant.

Just another disappointment! Noises, cheap development in construction, no external pool, expensive, path to get there was "interesting" better be prepared 😉. Enjoy....

I was totally disapointed at check in, as even after a special request for an earlier accommodation, nobody seems to care about it, and because of it, I ended up with my 2 years old child having his nap at the hotels entry sofa... Not a single effort to solve the problem with our accommodation, while 2 other families were accommodated prior the official time. I don' t consider this for a 4* service at all.

Great location and great views. It seems like well done place for the atmosphere and facilities.
