The room had a desk for work, but there was no electric outlet there. You have to use an outlet next to your bed. Also, the hallway to rooms was very dark. It was so dark that we could not read our room number. They need to turn on ALL of the lights in the hallway, not just a few of them.

The spa and food was simply excellent.

I have been to Starosel many times and the facilities and people have always been excellent. What is particularly good: the food, even though the hotel was full, there was always enough and high quality food. The Spa was also great, despite the hotel was full of children because of their vacation (and parents of course). Staff was useful and fast.

The place is really nice, big enough not to feel crowded, even though there were a lot of people staying in the complex. The SPA is very good. The staff in the whole complex is very pleasant and helpful.

The lady for the wine tour was rushing us and on our first day the hotel was full which caused annoying queues for lunch.

The Wine and spa complex Starosel is amazing place. Everything is made with precise attention to details. The atmosphere is very cozy. The SPA is one of the best spa that I have visited in my life. The wine and the food are sooo delicious. The bed is a king size bed, very clean everywhere. Really a place to relax and to feel gorgeous. I highly recommend this complex.

The views were fantastic, both in front of the complex and the mountain view in the back, and the tranquility of the place. You find it hard to keep a diet with so many and tasty culinary preparates.

The water this time was not too clean and had a lot of chlorine in it (got a bit in my nose and got a bad throat and tummy ache afterwards)

Spa centre has no free drinking water available, it had to be purchased from the bar. Free water being available is common for other Spa centres I have visited.

Room was comfortable and food selection and quality very good in the buffet restaurant. The a la carte restaurant was also very good, with large selection of food and wines available. For a large hotel it did not feel crowded in the main buildings or grounds but the Swimming pool on Sunday was very busy and only a few spaces available to sit. During the week days it was much less crowded and plenty of spaces available. Spa facilities were as expected and the massage was good.

The rooms were a bit too standard for a resort. Preferring the older and more Bg original Starocel hotel and its settings amongst vineyards and orchards (which is now a bit let go in favor of the new facilities).

Beautiful location, well designed main floor and spa facilities topped with great massages. Breakfast is excellent and so is the Bg restaurant in the original hotel.

Food could be better. Both breakfast and dinner. It’s away from everywhere so you must take half board. No complimentary water in the room.

Great spa. Indoor and outdoor warm pools. Jacuzzi with very strong jets. Nice rooms.
