The breakfast starts at 9 am which is too late but I guess because it’s low season and no tourists in May maybe that’s why. However, this hotel is much better option than others hotels I was looking

The location couldn’t be better even though it’s 3 km drive from the borovets city but the hotel located in the middle of forest and I could hear only the birds sounds and nothing else which for me it was perfect. The room was big enough and comfortable bed. It has balcony with the forest view.

Clean, quiet, great breakfast and restaurant is on an excellent level. Great staff, friendly, helpful and very kind! We were big group of 9 adults and 4 children, quiet noisy and yet the staff was highly attentive and supportive and looked out for everyone’s comfort. There is kids play ground as well with someone to watch over the kids.

Wifi is Ok Ok, you dont have signal in Pool area. There is no electric kettle in the room for quick tea/coffee. But you complimentary have herbal tea in the spa center.

Both Spa and breakfast is perfect. Spa is clean and spacious. For breakfast you have enough variety and service is also good. I would love to visit this place again if I decide to go to Borovets in future.

The staff in reception are not professional, they are a bit impolite and not patient. But the staff in restaurant, spa area and shuttle bus are very friendly and nice!

There’s no easy way to get back to the hotel if the main gondola is closed (which happens on windy days). The breakfast could have been better, and a slightly wider variety of restaurant food might have added to the experience.

We stayed in one of the chalets with a private sauna, which looks exactly as per the hotel website - they are stunning. The hotel bar is cosy, the gym and spa is of a good standard for a hotel, and all the staff were helpful.

We love everything about this place! Awesome location and incredible nature! Every member we've met from the staff was beyond polite and welcoming! Always with a smile on their faces, going above and beyond to fulfil every our wish! Our dog was warmly welcomed, too! He found many doggy friends amongst other guests and he really enjoyed the stay as well! The Finnish Cottage was exceptional, it was perfectly cleaned, had everything we needed, and we loved the built-in sauna! We are so grateful to have chosen to stay in Yastrebets and we are really looking forward to coming back again soon! THANK YOU!

Good hotel in the pine forest - best place for your short or ski vacation.

The water in the swimming pool was around 30'C but the room T in the swimming pool area was a little too cold for our preferences. Our two kids were freezing a little, and had to jump regularly to the SPA area to warm up a bit.

The SPA facilities were great, well-equipped and quite warm and cozy. The breakfast was also quite rich, offering everything you could possibly imagine. The ski track is right next door. All staff members were friendly, nice and welcoming.
