I booked 3 nights,but I like it very much the hotel ...so I stayed 1 more night.... Although the hotel was fully booked..the reception staff made it this possible.. Thank you very much...to all staff of hotel Zdravetc.... .. housekeepers Reception Waitresses And special thanks to the CHEF.....amazing and plenty of food And very delicious.... The only downside was that during our stay the outdoor pool wasn't maintained enough as we saw some leaves. It's not a big deal, but the staff should maintain it at least once per day.

Lovely food, lovely staff, fantastic location - right next to the city center. The room was indeed clean. The hotel's facilities were impeccable. Lukewarm pools, both from the outside and inside, would benefit those coming during the winter season.

I stayed there for L'Etape Bulgaria (bike race). Hotel's location was perfect. It was clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Everything was good.

It was a lavirint to walk to the indoor pool. One elevator inside the pool was not connected to the rooms on the upper floors.

It was perfectly clean. The room was big enough and the toilet was hospital clean.

The music in the restaurant was too loud. The breakfast was poor, no healthy options. Overcooked eggs.

The sauna and Steam bath were not working properly all the time. Furnishing is oldish and there were moulds in the bathroom with the strong smell of chlorine

I read about a buffet breakfast in past reviews but there wasn't one! Maybe because it's not busy enough? Anyway I ordered an American breakfast and this was a huge bacon & mushroom omelette with tomato, cucumber, toast, plus two bonus pieces of very undercooked bacon! The shower door in room 122 needs to be replaced as it didn't close and the floor got covered in water.

It was quiet and clean so it met my needs.

I found the TV remote control a bit tricky to operate.

The buffet breakfast was super, though staff tended to clear any uneaten food or drinks from the table when I left to go back to the buffet.

The spa area is small. The shower there was working by splashing water all around from the cable itself cuz it was so old - for a 4 star hotel that must not happen

The Sunday night receptionist is the best! He helped us so much. Big appreciation for him!!! (Unfortunately I did not get his name, but surely we will never be thankful enough to him) The staff in general is very nice. The location is good for shopping. The lunch menu was always tasty!
